The two major areas where the LDS church deviates from the bible is in drinking alcohol, which the bible spells out for the poor and dying. It also deviates in marriage in heaven from what Jesus taught.

According to the bible justice is seen to be done on the day of judgement.
Yes that means those who reject God's offer of mercy will be punished.

So either there is no he'll, so in that case why say there is,
