Wrong. A mediator is one who works with the parties to reach an agreement on the contract/covenant. Once in effect , there is no need for a mediator.

mesitēs (Key)
Pronunciation
mes-ee'-tace

KJV Translation Count — Total: 6x
The KJV translates Strong's G3316 in the following manner: mediator (6x).
Outline of Biblical Usage [?]
  1. one who intervenes between two, either in order to make or restore peace and friendship, or form a compact, or for ratifying a covenant
  2. a medium of communication, arbitrator

It says ir has begun. It did when Christ died.

That is not what either Hebrews nor Jer. says about all Jews not needing to be taught for all WILL not begin to know the Lord. You are just making things up now.
Those who reject Christ are not part of the new covenant.
Once again you are making things up. Here is the covenant again:

Jeremiah 31:31-34

King James Version

31 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the Lord:
33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

It says with the house of Israel and Judah and it says every one! You are simply adding to the bible.

Wrong. The man Christ Jesus has never ceased being a mediator.

1 Timothy 2
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

So, it already was put into effect.
Is that the same as established, and confirmed, or do we have a New Covenant that was established for all without distinction, but has yet to be put into effect, because there is no distinction. When the reason is removed that no distinction exists, then the sole people who will receive the effect as written will be Israel at the Second Coming?

Israel has been cut off as natural branches. That was the condition prior to the establishment of the New Covenant. But when their Prince comes, this promise and New Covenant will be put into effect. Not like the Old Covenant under the law as natural branches. But people will be born with God's Word already imprinted on their hearts, instead of the curse from Adam's transgression.

You have proof that it was established, but no human, even of Israel, are born as promised, but for the last 2 millennia, still born in sin and death. The promise is also defined in Daniel 9:24. Israel has to come the same way as all others, and Gentiles are not born with God's Word written in their hearts either.
