Did mind–body dualism exist before original sin?

God needed to be physical while still here on Earth. Why would humans need it after the Earth is done?

What good is a present state to an infinite heaven?

A present state is decoherence/physicality. It is the reason we are here in this fallen reality.

What if Adam and Eve were incorporeal before the fall? And the passage that tells us God clothed them in skin after the fall was when Adam and Eve obtained physical mortal bodies. Because now since they'd consumed the forbidden fruit, as God forewarned, they were able to die. Which meant at that point after the forbidden fruit they were mortal, flesh and bone.

Incorporeal bones and flesh. Physicality isn't compatible with God's Kingdom. God's Kingdom is order. Physicality is disorder ..it is finite.

Greed and Lust won't be a thing anymore ..right? Well, how is that possible if there are still physical objects?

The fall put us in this physical place ..why would we have the original sin in Heaven? Why would the choice be right there when Jesus already dealt with it for us?

Does "For our sake he made him to be sin" mean Jesus was made in a way that could interact with this fallen reality?

Do you have a better answer than "Sin ruined an otherwise good thing...?"
  • "And God saw the light, that it was good;..." Genesis 1:4 NKJV
  • "And God saw that it was good." v. 10
  • "And God saw that it was good." v. 12
  • "And God saw that it was good." v. 18
  • "And God saw that it was good." v. 21
  • "And God saw that it was good." v. 25
  • "Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very good." v. 31
I believe that that is the "goodness" that Jesus died for, with Man being His crowning achievement.

The fall put us in this physical place...
So, you keep pressing. It amounts to no more than wishful thinking.
Does "For our sake he made him to be sin" mean Jesus was made in a way that could interact with this fallen reality?
He became [our] sin when He was on the Cross.* Prior to that, He had a body like ours but was completely without sin.

*He would have been disqualified to do so if incarnation equaled sin.
