how du know u wasn't there, uno u people are gonna have 2 get over shouting if u wanna be a disciple of Christ, jesus shouted when he preached on the mount, john the Baptist shouted in the wildness, he shouted at the pharasee's and Christ said he was the greatest man born of a women, many of the prophets shouted when they preached, bible says cry aloud spare not lift up ur voice!! how will they hear without a preacher? ur just gonna have 2 suck it up man!! so to speak.

Here is my take on the subject of unclean/evil spirits " demons"
first of all demons just don't appear in someone's life! it takes a good period of time to oppress a person, and then through tempting and leading someone into a deeper state of sin, and then to the point that they truly bow down and worship, thus possession. hear is the deal, any Christian can forsake the Master, and then they are without protection.
we will always be pestered by the unclean, only when we react to the pestering can they tell if we are being bothered, all true believers have the right and the Authority to send them on their way! OUR ESCAPE.

Hi Ezra,
I am of the belief that nobody will ever reach that unity spoken of in the Word, until Jesus returns and banishes satan. I could be wrong here yet, I cannot help but see the "Church" becoming more and more divided rather than united...I think we should at LEAST be united in love and kindness to each other...even if we disagree. I see allot of snarkyness disguised as love and kindness...gotta read between the lines I suppose.

I love where it says "prayed with himself, "it obviously did not touch the heart of God.
They are in for a shock...because God is a heart specialist and weighs hearts and its condition. LOL

My authority over demons isn't in shouting....it is in Jesus. I can even whisper and the demon will hear. It is you who has convinced yourself that shouting is necessary. But let it be as unto your faith....if that is what works for you then by all means shout away. For others let it be as unto their faith.
This what I love about God, it's not a one-size-fits-all. As long as it lines us with His Word then there is no fault in how person chooses to pray and interact with Him.

For sure. We should never think that the authority we have been given to fight the good fight, should ever be confused with "loudness"...like the louder we say it, it somehow exhibits more authority?? Yes, even a whisper can the evil one hear. Our "authority" comes from the firmness in the belief/faith of what He has given us.
Like others have said on here, even Michael the Arc Angel did not use his own authority but said "GOD rebuke you"...satan is NOT something any of us should ever taunt, or even engage unless to speak Gods Word against him...and there are many! Well, I would say they are ALL of His Word as the Word is the doubled edged sword.

I can see the need to speak at high volume if addressing a large crowd; but that man didn't need to shout to be heard. He was screaming. He sounded angry.

I asked myself if maybe he had a demon or two himself, perhaps without knowing it.

du understand the serverity of what were in, uno we are in periless times!! the churches are asleep not all but most, we need abit of a shakening sometimes, we need someone 2 reprove us to wake us up! its called tough love!! if the churches were doing wat they were supposed 2 be doing den it wouldn't be needed, if it means sending someone to have alittle scream at us den so be it, just becoz someone is shouting doesn't mean their angry and like I said the bible says it so I guess dat settles it, u can make all the excuses u want.
u'v deceived urself if u think u can just whisper 2 a demon and they just come out of someone, try doing dat 2 a person who is convulsing and foaming from the mouth and see wat happens " excuse me sir would it be possible if u could vacate dis person so they can go about their day please, thank you" yeah, dat really shows authority doesn't it.
I happen to be a man, so so much for that theory; and when I see men acting like that, it tells me they're lacking in self-confidence. Men who scream are trying to impress others by how macho they are. I don't think that works with demons. It surely doesn't work with me when people scream at me.
Saying it is a woman thing is ridiculous; and saying my feelings get in the way of the Bible is also silly. I'm the person taking Galatians 5 seriously. You are willing to ignore it. Then you excuse that man by saying it's a woman thing. Some men beat their wives -- is that okay too -- is that just another man thing? Women should toughen up and take it?
Look at this Imam who thinks he's an exorcist. He's not. The woman isn't possessed. She acts scared to me. Who knows how her husband treats her, and then she gets dragged off to have another man scream at her. He's the one who acts possessed if you ask me.

I agree with @Heart2Soul ...
I have indeed - "Been there and done that"...
...a person who has the authority of Christ behind them...can as Jesus said -" I by the finger of God cast out devils.."
Demons are not DEAF!! They can hear better than you.
I have never cast them out 'by my finger', as Jesus did.....but casting out in the authority of Jesus ...is done by HIS power, not by any needed loud noise trying to make up for the lack of power.
Preachers shout to imitate power which they obviously don't have.
And/or as @Giuliano already said...do not have a microphone in a large building.
( yet amazingly, John Wesley stood on top of a wall...and preached powerfully to two fields full of people...and hundreds got saved)
