YOu still don't get it do you! A saved person has two sides to turn to daily. The old man with all its lusts, or the new man who is being conformed to the image of Jesus. Whatever lust was in your heart when you got saved is still there and will stay there! We do not turn from sin per se', but we live in the new man which has no lust.

And we are justified by the blood of Jesus, not by works. Works are just outward expressions showing we are justified.

And before you go there again :

Romans 5:20
King James Version

20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound

Romans 6
King James Version

6 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?

2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

Grace AND MERCY ARE NOT LICESNES TO SIN, BUT TO LIVE ACCORDING TO THE NEW MAN WHO IS BEING CONFORMED TO THE IMAGE OF Jesus.
And we are justified by the blood of Jesus, not by works.

I.e. man not justified by works, but by faith only.

Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.

So long as Scripture is contradicted, the doctrine and faith are both false.

Actually there is only side any person is on at one time: Light or Darkness.

Then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, Who is on the LORD'S side?

Those thinking to be in the gray, need repent or be spewed out.

Dual nature theology is false. The old man of sin is not the old physical body, but is the sinning soul and lustful heart.

For what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

The old man can do no right, the new man can do no wrong!

But the OSAS dualist can do both.

When they do any good, they seek honor for it with God, but when they do sin again, they blame it on their bodies.

It is double mindedness of a double heart for life: spiritual bipolarism, going from celebrating grace to hating serving the devil.

We have one soul, one heart, one mind and body, and lust stays in the heart of them that will not repent and believe Scripture as written:

But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

Grace of God with His power is given for help to obey Him, first to wash within our platter and purify our heart, that our outside living may come clean and justified with God.

Declaring to keep lust for life is not humbling ourselves with God, but is proud boasting that God resists and gives no help for repentance.

Which is why them with only their own personal form of godliness outwardly, will never repent and purify their hearts. They must first cast out all false doctrine that contradicts Scripture and works daily against obeying the truth.

Grace AND MERCY ARE NOT LICESNES TO SIN,

God's grace and mercy is not, but OSAS doctrine is license to sin:

While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

BUT TO LIVE ACCORDING TO THE NEW MAN WHO IS BEING CONFORMED TO THE IMAGE OF Jesus.

Which does not include going on still in sins and trespasses, neither within the heart nor with the body:

And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

If life of the body is not blameless, then neither is the heart and soul, and none are being preserved by God in this life unto the end.

Ongoing sinners are still conformed to the world, and not to the image of God's dear Son, who obeyed Him in all things in the days of His flesh, to set the forerunning example for His sons, to do the same in our days of flesh.

Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.

True. We must die to self daily and live unto the new man being formed in us! To many people think they have to reform th eflesh. The flesh is dead and we need to unlearn what we learned before coming ot Christ anbd replace it with the Word!
The flesh is dead...

I do wonder if people actually listen to what they say and read what they write.

The body is dead to sin, when the soul and heart are purified from lust.

Our body is not dead, until we leave it: The bodies of Christians are not dead corpses, once their new spirits are taken away to sit in heavenly places.

Our souls sitting in heavenly places is not because we have departed from our bodies, to be left behind alone on earth all by itself.

This is real zombieland stuff, where the old man of the body just goes around doing what the dead in sins and trespasses do, while the new spirit sprite flies away to watch it all from above.

Talk about having a 'free spirit'. OSAS is Aquarius liberalism of the 60's made for the Christian free sin movement.

I know that OSAS duality likes to think their souls are forever separated and preserved from the deeds of the body, but claiming their flesh is dead is really out there.

But then, that would coincide with thinking the old man of sin is the physical body and is crucified.

And all of these things that contradict, twist, and turn spiritually mystical against Scripture, are simply to justify oneself in the ongoing sins and trespasses.

we need to unlearn what we learned before coming to Christ and replace it with the Word!

We repent and undo sins of the flesh. 'Unlearning and learning' knowledge is nothing, and is the hallmark of having a form of godliness, while denying the power thereof, while ever-learning more new things of Scripture to twist, contradict, and deny.

That is "discipleship".
Thats not the same as Salvation.

Salvation is what God did for you on The Cross.
Discipleship, is what you do as your "reasonable service"...., after God has given you (Salvation)= what He provided for you, on the Cross.
That is "discipleship". Thats not the same as Salvation.

Not only does the form of OSAS include salvation apart from fellowship, but also excludes discipleship from salvation.

No man is saved before and apart from becoming a disciple of Christ.

Salvation is what God did for you on The Cross.

Everyone is not now saved.

Salvation is what God does with them that believe and obey Him to take up their own cross with Christ.

No man is being saved before and apart from being a disciple of Christ, nor from taking up our own cross.

OSAS is the gutting of obeying God from Christianity, by amputating fellowship with God and discipleship of God from their salvation.

Scripture says we cannot have fellowship with Christ and Belial, and so OSAS does away with the need of fellowship with God at all.

"Well, since I can't walk both in the Light and the Darkness, then I'll stay in the darkness, and God can keep His Light to Himself. Afterall, who needs fellowship with God, when we have unconditional salvation without it??"

Discipleship, is what you do as your "reasonable service"....

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

Obeying God in the flesh, as Jesus obeyed the Father, is our reasonable service, without which no man is justified with God.

after God has given you (Salvation)=

Scripture never says God 'gives' any man salvation. Especially not 'gifted' to anyone eternally without condition.

The faith of Jesus is the gift of God given with power to become sons of God and obtain eternal salvation by them that obey Him unto the end.

what He provided for you, on the Cross.

What He provided at the cross for the whole world is propitiation for sins. But the whole world is not saved.

The discipleship of OSAS is the misshapen form of godliness made from the Scripture-twisted faith of their own minds.

It's the naturally sinful result of salvation that needs no fellowship with God, nor discipleship for Him.

Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked.

The body is dead to sin, when the soul and heart are purified from lust.

Romans 6:3-11 KJV
3) Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
4) Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
5) For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
6) Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed (that is, rendered powerless), that henceforth we should not serve sin.
7) For he that is dead is freed from sin.
8) Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
9) Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
10) For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
11) Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Much love!

Sorry but works prove faith, but not justification. we are justified to good works not because of good works.

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Thebible doesn't contradict itself- so your understranding of James is what is faulty here!

Yes and if sinless perfection is what te3h bible taught, Paul was a fool to exhort Chrisatians to continue to lay aside th eold man and its way of thinking and adopt the new man which cannot sin.

YOu forget Jesus said to forgive someone 70X7 and 1 John 1:9 in you r pharasaical legalism.

Sorry but works prove faith, but not justification.

And so, the false doctrine of justification becomes a false definition of justification.

Works proving faith is the justification: justification is not being proven, because justification is the proving.

(Justify: to show or prove to be right or reasonable: "the person appointed has fully justified our confidence")

Justification is the showing and proving that faith is alive and not dead: justification is the proof of faith by works.

But with OSAS, justification is by faith only, and faith is indeed proven by works, but not the justification.

And so, OSAS salvation and justification has no proof, neither in Scripture nor in reality.

A person's faith becomes their own justification apart from any proof:

"Because I believe it, it is so, and no proof is needed to show it is."

And the Scripture is fulfilled:

Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

Believing one's own mind more than Scripture is worshipping the creature more than the Creator.

Contradicting of Scripture followed by twisting of Scripture, as well as redefining words again:

Scripture does not say 'to' works, but by works, which is with works, not before works.

OSAS requires rejecting the simple truth of Scripture and the normal reason of honest men.

When men seek to justify themselves by wresting Scripture of it's sensical reasoning, their minds must also become unraveled to do so:

But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

A form of godliness is shaped by men with minds willfully blinded from Scripture and reason.

Well I agree, you rdoctrine and faith are both false. And as Paul said, I fear for you , that those who labored for you rsalvation have labored in vain. If you belioeve a man is saved by any other means than faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus +0 you are holding to another gospel. Paul wished nothing but Anathema on those who would add works to faith.

YOU have no understanding of what happened on the cross,
What happens when one believes,
How deep the grace of God is
the Powerr of the Spirit

YOu ae stuck in a legalistic checklist kind of Christinaity and pretend you never sin anymore.
