Greetings from the land of sea, sand and sunshine. It is Australia in case you didn't know. Actually I am a POM by birth (UK) and emigrated to here after I married an Australian in the UK. I have been married for 40 years this year and have two children and five grandchildren who are ssssooooooo gorgeous. I am a retired high school teacher who apart from having a graduate degree in education, have been blessed with an anointing for teaching the word of God. I currently have a study group who are investigating how to walk the talk. i.e. be familiar with the supernatural and be available for God to use them this way. The first thing I taught them was the fact that God was not interested in their ability, he was more interested in their availability. When God showed me that he wanted the group to begin, he gave me two things. Exalt Jesus and teach the word. So far it has been a real road of discovery and already I have got them praying for people to be healed. My wife is a trained high school teacher as well and specialises in teaching women in the church life in the spirit and intercessory prayer. Before coming back to Australia she was a prayer leader of the Lydia prayer ministry for women in the UK. The national leader of it was the wife of my spiritual mentor. My passion now that I am retired is to fulfil my calling to teach what the word says is a church that Jesus is allowed to build as he said he would. This involves expounding what the word reveals regarding the life and leadership of the church that made the New Testament church such a potent force. There is a crying need to ditch tradition which is squeezing the life out of the church and get back to scripture if we want to be relevant to the world and make disciples of all nations.
