I did 1,000 reps with the 20, 15, 10 and 7 pound Maces. It took 33 minutes nonstop,
Then I did 10 minutes inversion and I just did another 20 minutes of inversion.
I may do some more inversion today it seems to be helping.

I did 1,000 reps with the Mace. I want to start doing this 3 times a week. That means I will have to do it on a workday.

Inversion - 10 minutes
I’m going to do some more inversion today. I’m having some moderate leg pain. I plan on doing a little housework today and some more inversion should help alleviate the leg pain.

I did Side to Side with one hand and added Curl Catches to make it more challenging.

I’m having some leg pain this morning. I’m going to do inversion and work back and shoulders later today.

going to try working out with the bands, dumbbells and Total Gym, no Mace workouts and nothing that stresses my lower back.
I hate not being able to do the Mace workouts, I am up to 33 minutes nonstop.
I’m going to increase the volume on the other workouts to try to make up some of the difference

A healthy body is helpful and useful at every juncture and advisable to maintain but try as we may, sooner or later the structure will sag and wither. Even the most beautiful turn into wrinkled shoe leather, deflated tyres and finally a rotting corpse.
So the question is, will I spend inordinate amount of energy and time to glorify my flesh, to polish my ego and to impress the sons of men with a rapidly fading glory?

Will I go quietly into the night or will I fight? I will never look like I did 20 years ago or lift the weights I once did but I will be the best I can be for this age. I won’t go quietly into the night, I will fight, I will resist, I will train

For me personally, ive got some age on me, and in the last 13 yrs of "Lifting" where ive paid strict attention to what is happening to my body, i can tell you that ive only gotten stronger, and more healthy.......not less.

I expect nothing to change about that reality.., and tomorrow, at 1:15 am, i'll get up, do my 1 hour and 15 mins of stretching and light weights, and then i'll go to the gym, and do 1 hr and 30 mins MORE... of real weight lifting that includes 65-lb (25.5 kg) dumbbells per hand, and cable machines and barbells, and ............etc.

My advice to the reader..

Join a gym, go 3-4 times a week, and watch what happens when you give your body a chance to "restore".

And dont forget the good water, and the good diet, and the required supplements.

"The Science of Good Health", is proven..
