It was pretty close to this: There is no doubt in anyone's mind that the next president will face the same challenges his predecessors did.
He was giving the wisdom he has learned through 5 administrations as he did his job. Aids, sars, H1N1, Ebola, mers, Zika-these are some of the pandemics he saw in his job through 5 administrations. So he was saying the next president would face these same challenges and that the next president would also see a sudden pandemic of some sort. Fauci is intelligent and is not foretelling the future but is rather drawing on his experience and what he has seen over many years.
Listen to the 2 minute clip again and look at what they specifically manipulated to get you to focus on the part they wanted you to focus on, and see if you dont come away with a different understanding of what the man was saying.

I think he was saying no matter who the next President is, no matter what is done now, it's highly unlikely that this virus is going to be defeated completely this year or maybe even in the next few years. We'll probably go through a phase when it mostly disappears but then pops up again in 2021. Would that be a big surprise? Various strains of the flu do that. They seem to disappear but suddenly they come back.
Right now, scientists know how to develop vaccines for various strains of flu; but they can't always predict which strains will show up in a given year. They can cover past strains, but a flu shot doesn't work against a new strain.
If no vaccine is found, doctors should still be better prepared if and when it makes a second appearance since they're working on methods of minimizing the harmful effects and looking for drugs that minimize the harm.
Take a deep breath. We are going to get through this.

Oh I am not stressed about the virus...I am concerned about the possible planning of it.

The Deep State goes very deep and is very corrupt and it is gearing up towards 1ruler...a world order.
It wasn't that clip that got me riled....it was the briefing POTUS had and the reporter asked why the Obama administration allowed Fauci to divert 3.5 million dollars to China to study the virus in total disregard to the order given by Home Security to do no trade or business with China. So he secretly did it....why? Because the U.S. would not let him research it here....so he sent it to China.
Trumps answer to the reporter was He had just learned of it that morning and they are opening an investigation into Fauci's involvement with the money and the research.
I get the idea you are not up to date to the latest report about Fauci.....I "worry" (not really I trust God) that people do not stay informed...

I've see all kinds of rumors. Iran started some. China started some. People in the US have. People are trying to hurt their political enemies by cooking up stories and to cover up their own ineptness.

China, for example, botched some things. So in order to distract their own citizens, they've made up stories blaming the US military. Trump made some mistakes too, and we see him trying to blame WHO and the Chinese. The Iranians look desperate to cook up stories to cover up their leaders' inadequacies. I don't buy any of the stories, not when people are pointing fingers of blame instead of being cool and collected.
Well that's just it...you get so many false reports that you become dull of hearing and miss the truth.
I try to research everything before making any conclusion...but I do know God said He is going to expose the corruption and bring to light all things hidden in darkness.
So what is there to worry about? So far as I know, no one knows the truth yet. Lots of people are speculating, but that's it.
One thing about Trump. To hear him talk, he's the only person you should trust. He's raised suspicions about the CIA, the FBI, the court system, the media, Congress, you name it. Everyone is a scoundrel and not to be trusted except him. Trump has roused fears in his supporters; and Trump's opponents are busy raising fears about Trump. Most of it is nonsense, but it's raised the level of tension in the country to near hysteria.
My rule of thumb when someone comes to me trying to plant suspicion in my mind about other people is to doubt the person trying to plant the suspicion. I am not going to become suspicious of someone I like and get along with just because a third person comes along and tries to rouse suspicion in me.
I tend to follow that rule in voting too. If all a candidate has to say is bad stuff about the other fellow, I figure he doesn't have many good ideas of his own. Often both candidates are bad mouthing each other, so I try to figure out which one has more positive things to say and fewer negative things about the other fellow. I estimate 99% of the bad stuff we hear is irrelevant.

This is a forum...people from all over the world come here just to fellowship, sometimes vent, sometimes to get another perspective and to teach or learn.
But I am almost positive no one comes here to be ridiculed or called names or belittled in any way. Are we ever going to agree on everything...not hardly. But we can humbly agree to disagree without criticism. Amen?
Oh...I see you posted a second video. Because of the manipulative way Faucis' words were used in the 1st video, I never went any further.
It really does harm to what some are trying to uncover when they pick up the strange tactic of using manipulated "evidence" to try and strengthen their beef.
