I want to apologize

I can say the word Happy today. I know today is the Resurrection of Christ. Today though there is no happy for me, I on house arrest for doing absolutely nothing wrong just as is the rest of the nation. The powers that be have stolen our freedoms, our religious freedom. In the declaration of independence it says in part the God gave us inalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. What does inalienable mean it means unable to be taken away but that is what they have done. It would be different had they ask that we stay home but they didn't. Almost instantly they took our freedom and made sure our religious liberty was absolutely and completely gone. So forgive if I can't be happy and joyous today, the only way I will be happy is when our religious liberty and freedom are restored.

I am unsubing because I don't need to here how there is a virus (that will kill less than the flu) and this is helping everyone and attacking me because I am a bad person. I don't want to hear Christian platitudes about how this or that. Liquor stores and abortion clinics are open because they are essential, but Christ is now no longer declared essential and we all agreed with evil corrupt man and we all have agreed with them think about that.

Really very sorry to see you go. While I agree with much of your reasoning, remember that things simply will not always go the way our minds think that they should. Remember also that God is always accomplishing that which pleases Him... in spite of men and men's ways. Just stay in love with Him:

"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Rom 8:28

If you go and read what Paul wrote- imprisoned, beaten, stoned, shipwrecked etc.. etc and Paul said - "None of these things move me."

But, it seems that your faith is very easily shaken. I feel sorry for you.

Maybe you are there in your warm house with a nice soft bed, and cowering because you believed that you would never be tested in anything...just expecting a Rapture.
I am sure there are many like you , just waiting to be zapped out of the earth before the next stage of these Control happens , and the one that is coming after that.

It's not as if God had never warned us ...and you couldn't even pass the first easy test of faith and attitude.

The Lord Himself told me to stay home away from people last month on the 16th. All things were gathered before this so I would lack no good thing. The Lord is so faithful. It was His way of keeping me safe. Not by man but by Him. All things were going well until last Monday when the enemy of my soul struck. At midnight I had a heart attack. Oh the pain. I thought my chest and arms were going to explode. I prayed and The Lord was faithful. I then got a few things together and dove to the ER. I also had another heart attack in the ER. As I laid there I could hear the other patients hacking and coughing all around me. So I prayed for The Lords love and mercy to permeate the hospital. The next day they did a heart cathorization and put a stent in where the artery was blocked. Today I am home typing this with one finger on my left hand as my right arm is bruised up past my elbow. This virus comes from the same hand as my heart attack. Let us use this time to seek His face and to pray for those that are suffering. This is not a time for leaving, but it is a time to come together as One. One voice. Helen you are correct in saying that this is the first of many things to come. This a time when many will fall away, but we must press into Him more and more as things fall apart all around us. As was said long ago, when the overwelming scourge passes through(for day and by night it will pass through) enter your abode and shut the door until it passes by. Yes, it does say that there will be a great falling away before the end.
I guess we don't know who will be missing in action when things get tougher.
It's just that in his other thread he had very good posts.
The one by Jay was excellent , showing him that just because he hated losing his liberties and it depressed him, he had not lost his freedom, no one can take our freedom because we are citizens of another and more excellent kingdom.
But it seemed that whatever anyone wrote, he just read as platitudes, and not as 'from the Lord' as encouragement.

Sadly we cannot impart faith to anyone any more than we can impart salvation to someone unsaved.
I pray that the Lord visits him and he ends up in the company of Overcomers as found in Revelation.

I am not leaving, just mad at the lies they are telling us and the liberties taken away. I am mad that we all gave into, as they would say in a bygone era, the man without any fighting because the media completely and utterly lied and everyone believed them As a video I found today a Doctor who works with C-19 patients in NY day and day out says we do not need to be afraid and is angry enough at the media that he got a little emotional. We just have to keep social distance, wash hands, and wear a mask and if your among the vulnerable stay home. Just stop being afraid.

Hmmmm yes it's a wonder why bottle shops are still considered essential, and it was very disappointing to see Aussies stockpiling alcohol the other week.

But perhaps you can still watch services online if you want to, it may be different to what you are used to, but it's something. And don't forget all is not lost when you still have Jesus and you still have your Bible, and you can still pray. Maybe you could read a chapter of Psalm each day, meditate upon God's word and the pandemic will be over before you know it.

The whole point of self-isolation is to stop the virus from spreading and to save lives. The reason why there are 700 deaths from the virus per day in the USA, it is because people are refusing to self-isolate and are catching the virus and passing it on to others. Therefore the spread is out of control in the US and thousands more are going to die because of those who think their personal rights are being taken away from them by having to self-isolate.

In NZ, we have been under lockdown for two and a half weeks now, and there has been no general community outbreak. We don't feel that we are in a police state at all. We have had only four deaths, mainly from older people who were infected by people coming from overseas, the US included where the disease was running rampant without any controls.

So, if you want to contract the virus and inflect others, that's up to you, and be prepared to have someone's blood on your hands if they die from the virus after catching it from you.

Rev. 13:10 ... Here is a call for the endurance and faith of the saints.
Rev. 14:12 Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.​

Did you think that Revelation didn't see these things coming? Will hosting a "pity party" increase anyone's "endurance"? And do you think most people in this Forum have sound doctrines? -- You certainly didn't, otherwise I wouldn't have placed you on "ignore", and for all I know -- you won't see this Post because YOU PLACED ME ON IGNORE.

We're called to preach the gospel to the not only the UNSAVED, but also the "SAVED" to correct their faulty doctrines, -- much like when Paul rebuked Peter, A DISCIPLE.


But if you want to run away, then so be it. But that is NOT our calling:

2 Tmothy 4:2 preach the word, be urgent in season and out of season, convince, rebuke, and exhort, be unfailing in patience and in teaching. 3 For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own likings, 4 and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander into myths. 5 As for you, always be steady, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfil your ministry.​
