Is God causing or allowing Global Events

.. such as we see in the Global Pandemic, Global warming, Global Humanitarian crisis, Global food shortages, etc.. to say nothing of the conflicts breaking out between nations all over the world... We are given this in gods Word..

Romans 1:18

Do you know the Characteristics of God?

Do you understand the concept of God's Sovereignty?
God's Holiness?
God's Goodness?
God's Timelessness?
God's Immutability?
Omnipresence?
Omniscience?
Omnipotence?

Mankind may be free moral agents but that in no way means that we can thwart God or surpass Him in any fashion. Every breath you take in the future has already been carefully reviewed by God.

Your plans for hosting a surprise party for God are rather lame at best. It's not like He doesn't know in full detail EVERYTHING about the party, who will be there, who baked the cake, how it was baked and decorated and every conversation and thought of everyone that will attend. Not to mention how everyone will feel about the conversations afterwards.

The end of all things is well in hand by God. Mankind was and is the culmination of God's creation....He knows exactly when it's over and why. And He will pick the date.

The warnings about the final Eschaton are given for OUR BENEFIT.(as is all scriptures) It's not some cosmic guessing game/puzzle to see if you have room for more sinning or laziness.

God ALWAYS speaks the truth. And if you don't understand the Truth...then you need to figure out why you don't.

And another thing to note, is we who believe have entered into God's rest! His work of our (meaning YOU) salvation was accomplished from the foundation of the world.
