I don't think it's a good idea to ignore what God told the Jews..

You should learn the difference between the "Gentiles", and the "House of Israel".
And as i told you, when you think that every verse is pointed at you, you end up, as you have ended up.... reading it and thinking its all about you.
Its not.

The covenant that Moses' people agreed upon with God per Exodus,
Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy has quite a few miles left on it but,
nevertheless, is on its last legs.

Heb 8:13 . . In that He says "A new covenant" He has made the first
obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish
away.
_

Yup the whole Temple Sacrifice / livestock slaughter has vanished away, since the ONE PERFECT SACRIFICE has been made.

But the LAW remains eternally. and our FAITH in Jesus' SIN OFFERING frees us from the LAW'S judgement.

You can keep as much of the "law" as you want and for long as you want, I
really don't care; but you have to let go of the covenant that Moses' people
agreed upon with God per Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy
because its day is coming to an end.

HAS ended - 2000 years ago. There's no temple, no sacrifice, no animals being slaughtered by the box lot, no priests slinging BLOOD around. It was ALL GONE millenia ago.

For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

No. The end of the law for righteousness is Jesus.

Jesus is not the ending of the law of God, nor the righteousness of His law.

Neither God nor His law are dead.

Jesus is the end of the letter of the law. The Spirit of the Law is entirely different. It is written on our heart/conscience to follow. It is so much easier. "My yoke is easy and my burden is light." Just follow your conscience. 1 John 3:21. If your heart does not condemn you, you have confidence toward God."

Folks misunderstand this big time . The end of trying to EARN righteouness which none can do .
The law itself and by the law i mean the righteousness of the law , not the cermonies and sacrficies , IS NOW UPON OUR HEARTS IN CHRIST .
Folks forget what LOVE FROM GOD actually does and they have forgotten or never knew
WHY the first covenant was made void . THE first covenant was not made void cause it was bad
IT was made void CAUSE GOD FOUND FAULT IN MAN . NOT IN THE LAW , IN MAN .
FOLKS forget that JESUS came to shew us HOW TO WORSHIP GOD the WAY GOD ALWAYS DESIRED TO BE WORSHIPPED
AND SIN is not how GOD desired to be worshipped . FOLKS are in dire trouble in these days
they preach a grace that makes void the truth , that makes void the righteousness of GOD
and instead they offer a hope which is NO HOPE . GOD did not SEND JESUS so we would remain in sin
BUT rather so we could be SET FREE FROM the POWER OF SIN to SERVE HIM as HE ALWAYS DESIRED TO BE SERVED .
which is in SPIRIT and IN TRUTH , NOT IN SIN AND LIES AND TRANGRESSIONS .

The Levitical system may be obsolete, but it has a long ways to go yet
before it comes to a permanent end. During the millennium, the Levitical
system will once again be up and running and on duty in a brand new
Temple at Jerusalem. (See the last nine chapters of Ezekiel, and also a
search with your favorite engine.)

The thing is; God says that the Levitical system will survive for as long as
the cosmos exists (Jer 33:17-22) so He cannot cancel the ritual sacrifices
until today's cosmos is destroyed beyond recovery.

FAQ: Will Christians be required to offer sacrifices in the new Temple?

REPLY: No, they are under a different system whose sacrifice is human
rather than animal; and besides; their Temple is in Heaven rather than on
earth.

FAQ: But isn't Jesus a high priest in the manner of Melchizedek? What need
is there for Levitical priests?

REPLY: The earth-- as pertains to priests --is out of Jesus' jurisdiction. (Heb 8:4)

Jer 31:31-34 . . Behold, the days come-- declares The Lord --that I will
make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I
took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which My
covenant they broke, although I was an husband unto them-- declares The
Lord.

. . . But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel:
After those days-- declares The Lord --I will put My law in their inward parts,
and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be My
people. And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every
man his brother, saying, "know The Lord" for they shall all know Me, from
the least of them unto the greatest of them

FAQ: The new covenant speaks of "My law". Where is it? When God codified
the old covenant, He wrote its law on some tables of stone. Why doesn't the
new covenant have tables of stone?

REPLY: Do you need a book of instructions on how to think, feel, and act like
a human? No; your human nature manages all that for you. In other
words: the law of human nature is in your inward parts and written in your
heart. (Rom 7:15-23)

Now, supposing that instead of the law of human nature, there was the
law of divine nature in your inward parts and written in your heart. How
would you think, feel, and act then? Well; I can tell you, with confidence,
that you wouldn't need a book of instructions to think, feel, and act divine
because the law of divine nature would manage all that for you. Is what
I'm saying possible? Yes.

2Pet 1:3-4 . . His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life
and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and
virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious
promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature.

That passage mentions "great and precious promises" Where are they? Well,
they're contained in the language of the new covenant quoted at the
beginning of this posting. The promises are also contained in the language of
Ezek 36:24-28 which says:

"I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries,
and will bring you into your own land. Then will I sprinkle clean water upon
you, and you shall be clean from all your filthiness, and from all your idols,
will I cleanse you.

. . . A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you:
and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an
heart of flesh. And I will put My spirit within you, and cause you to walk in
My statutes, and you shall keep My judgments, and do them. And you shall
dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and you shall be My people,
and I will be your God."

The law of Christ written in our hearts is first written in Scripture by the apostles.

Any faith and law a believer teaches as Christ's must be confirmed by Scripture.

Quote:
The believer does not have a law written in ink anymore.

This is a rejection of Scripture, where the law and commandments of Christ is written.

Unrighteous christian sinners, believing this law, have made themselves a law unto themselves, where so long as they believe something, then it must be the truth.

Their word is made God's word.

IT was made void CAUSE GOD FOUND FAULT IN MAN . NOT IN THE LAW , IN MAN .

Nope.....it was THE LAW that was “ weak and beggarly”....Why? “It had NO POWER TO SAVE!” And THAT is why God “ Found Fault In It”.....it could only POINT OUT Sin......

You want the POWER to fight Sin and get Saved Eternally? Obey the Law if you want to increase your Morality.....Trust Paul’s Gospel Found In 1Cor15:1-4 If you want to get Saved....Hell’s gonna be Chock-Full Of “ Moral” people.......

The Law was given so that Sin “ MIGHT INCREASE!” .....Why are you guys always promoting more Sin? Paul’s said that the Law was Useless unless you knew how to use it....The #1 Intention Of The Law was to show you that you CANT KEEP IT! It’s to “ shut you up” about any claims that you “ can” keep it and get you to * TURN” to the One that DID keep it! That “ Turn” is the Repentance That Saves ....Let the Law do what it was intended to do—- Turn to Jesus and simply Ask Him to Save you....

“ Anybody That ASKS to be Saved WILL BE Saved....”

The “ Starting Gate”of Christianity is seeing that you are a Sinner That MUST HAVE a Savior....Anybody that thinks that they are “ good enough” to get to
Heaven are damned .....If you have not received it, Pray for “ the Conviction Of Sin by the Holy Spirit”. ....How can you tell if you haven’t received that Conviction? If you think that you are “ OK” with God because you are a “ Good Boy or Girl” —- you have not been set straight yet....If you are Blessed by the Holy Spirit to see your True Wretchedness before a Holy God.....the rest should take care of itself.....it worked for me...

Some say there is no such thing as “ A Sinner’s Prayer”......Hog Wash! Jesus said that This Prayer got an evil man “ Justified” ( Saved) .....” Lord, have Mercy on me a Sinner!” .....

Jesus said that ANYBODY who asked for MERCY would receive it....Until one SEES the NEED for that “ Mercy” he is Lost....

God doesn't hate His own law, neither do them that love Him and His law.

I hate vain thoughts: but thy law do I love. I hate and abhor lying: but thy law do I love.

Them that hate His law, just want His law dead and gone, so that his law no more condemns them for sinning with the devil against God.

The starting gate of being saved is repenting of sinning, which is transgression of the law of Christ.

Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

People can transgress the law of Christ and call it grace all they like.

Fornicate, get drunk, lie, steal, curse profanely, covet, have respect of persons, etc...

Doesn't matter to me.

Just knowing someone a sinner is only knowing what God has already known all along.

If someone is still an unrighteous sinner and transgressor of His law, then He still knows they are of the devil.

I think that Jesus fulfills the law.

Matthew 5:17 NASB
17 “Do not presume that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish, but to fulfill.

The first thing is to clarify what is the law being talked about. The word for the law is respectfully nomos (G) and dath (H). They are used to refer to multiple things. The laws of the covenant. The Torah which is better understood not as the law but as the teachings ( see Tim Mackie’s work on the podcast “ The Bible Project “ series on the law ) and also to the entirety of the 611/13 laws of the tanakh.
I think we see examples of the law being fulfilled by Jesus throughout the Bible. Of it being corrected. For example, Moses said “ an eye for an eye “ but Jesus said no… what’s better is turning the other cheek and forgiving them.

Throughout the tanakh we see animal sacrifices being used to cover sins, to pay for sins but what did Jesus say/quote? “

matthew 9:13
“ 13 Now go and learn what this means: ‘I desirecompassion, rather than sacrifice,’ for I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

Through the old testament we see adulterous people being stoned to death. Jesus said “ whoever has not sinned cast the first stone “.

Jesus fulfilled the law/teachings by showing we are all one people through Christ who belongs to one tribe, one kingdom, the body of Christ. We are all to forgive, love and show compassion.
That’s what I see as Jesus having done with the law.

True. he fulfilled the law of Moses as a man, and He now fulfills the law of Christ in His body.

The reformation of Christ is simply to spiritually purify His people within first, that they may be doing the righteousness of the law outwardly, and not just the letter of the law with a still lustfully corrupt heart.

Those seeking to do the law without Christ within the heart, have yet to be purified within.

Those transgressing the law are just unsaved sinners, who need to repent of sinning against Christ.

For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law.

A wise man loves the Law—- it’s Perfect! A Saved man knows that The Law can only Condemn, because nobody can ever keep it.....he knows that it does not Save Him....The ONLY thing that Saves a man is his Faith in the Shed Blood Of Jesus...The Law, properly used , just shows how you can't keep it and it “ takes you by the hand” and leads you to Christ.....THEN you get the Holy Spirit to Guide you and who needs the Law at THAT point? Why settle for second best? The Holy Spirit will transform you from the inside out—- something That the Law could Never do....

Yes the Law is perfect, but do you really want to execute those who work on weekends as Moses COMMANDED? I don't think we have enough body bags.

You are preaching to the Choir.... the Sabbath Day means Nothing to me, as I TRULY know how to “ Sabbath” —— I REST in the Finished Work Of The Cross EVERY DAY....

And as far as Moses is concerned.....to me, like Paul—- “ALL things are Lawful”.....Who needs Laws when you got something Better inside of you?
