Agree.Can you even imagine how many books we'd need to write the names if every person born? The common sense answer is that Adam and Eve had many children. They were healthy and lived a long time. They likely could have had well over 100 children. Don't forget, they also had Seth after Abel was murdered.
I did some calculations at one time to estimate the world population by the time of the Flood.
Based on an age for childbearing, and due to longer life span, the population would have rivaled today's population figures.

When Adam had lived 130 years, he had a son in his own likeness, in his own image; and he named him Seth. 4 After Seth was born, Adam lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters. 5 Altogether, Adam lived a total of 930 years, and then he died.
