1 Peter 1:15-16 (KJV):
(15) But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
(16) Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

Personal insults and accusations is not how Christians are supposed to behave. It's not encouraging, it's discouraging. What did Jesus have to say about that?:
Matthew 18:6-7 (KJV):
(6) But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
(7) Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!
Matthew 5:44-45 (WEB):
(44) But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,
(45) that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust.
And Paul wrote:
Romans 13:10 (WEB):
(10) Love doesn’t harm a neighbor. Love therefore is the fulfillment of the law.
Galations 5:13-14 (WEB):
(13) For you, brothers, were called for freedom. Only don’t use your freedom for gain to the flesh, but through love be servants to one another.
(14) For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
