I would have liked to have found a church that follows the Teachings of Christ but I have better, I have Christ who has manifested to me 2 times already in visions, and several times in amazing dreams and I need nothing else really. I am not a lone ranger on the contrary, Christ is with me always. If one day I find His true church ill join happily but for now it is not the case. As for my truths, they are the same as what Jesus was teaching and the original 11. Know also that I never add my personal interpretation to scripture but rely completely to what the Holy Spirit teaches me and reveals to me. I can tell you that the more I read the more I know and understand things I did not see before. I see and know from a vision a few years back, that the end times are coming fast, all is about to go bananas...Jacob's troubles are upon us which means Christ will return within this generation.
Blsssings.
It’s good that you feel confident, but confidence alone is no guarantee of truth. Do you know how many people there are who make the same, or similar claims as yourself, all equally confident? If they all disagree with one another however, then how can you tell the truth from a clever deception? Does God speak with a forked tongue? Wouldn’t his powerful spirit unite his worshippers in one truth?
Do you not think that the deceiver can sidetrack people on the path to life with supernatural visions and dreams? He has a whole arsenal of spiritistic ‘weapons’. He is the counterfeit “god of this world” who has the power to ”blind the minds of unbelievers”. (2 Cor 4:3-4) Think about that….the power to “blind the minds” of susceptible people. He is a pretender…and clever mimic.
God has always has his “people”….separated and different to all others. But they were always gathered into one unique “nation” who all held one truth. When divisions took place, and men gathered people into denominations, God left those ones to their own “delusions”.
Even back in the first century, by the end of the apostolic period, an apostasy was “already at work”, so this falling away from the truth is nothing new…it has had centuries to fester and grow into something that God finds repulsive.
As Paul said, there was a restraining influence whilst the apostles were alive, but once the restraint was gone, apostasy gained ground…and very rapidly.
2 Thess 2:7-12…..
”For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains will do so until he is taken out of the way. Then that lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord will slay with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His coming; that is, the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with all power and signs and false wonders, and with all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved. For this reason God will send upon them a deluding influence so that they will believe what is false, in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness.” (NASB)
Step back and see what God has observed and foretold to take place since the end of the first century.
What is seen as “wickedness” from God’s standpoint is viewed as “truth” by the deceptions of the devil, whom the Bible says can transform himself into “an angel of light” in order to lure people into his trap.
God makes his united worshippers cohesive by his spirit and teaches them one truth…bringing them together in love (1 Cor 1:10; John 13:35 )….not locally, but globally. Christianity is no longer a religion of one nation….it is a global body who are different to others who claim Jesus as their ”Lord”. (Matt 7:21-23) The ones to whom Jesus will say…”I never knew you!”
“Wheat and weeds” are now clearly evident as they share nothing in common….and it’s the “wheat” who are in the minority…hated and persecuted for being different, just as Jesus’ first disciples were. (John 15:18-21)
This is why I fear for those who trust in the supernatural…those who think that God is guiding them but cannot find a brotherhood. It’s not just a church you need to join…it’s a global brotherhood with whom you must fellowship as Paul said…
Hebrews 10:23-25…
”Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful; and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.“ (NASB)
As you agree, the days for this world are drawing to a close, and Jesus will soon let humanity know if they were worshipping his Father “in spirit and truth”…..but Christ’s true disciples will not be individuals scattered among the churches of Christendom…they will have removed themselves from all false religious systems known as “Babylon the great” (Rev 18:4-5)….which is satan’s extensive world empire of false worship…..designed to attract all kinds of people into his web of deceit. All subscribing to a trilogy of false religious concepts…belief in immortal souls, a multiplicity of gods, and a “hell” of eternal torture for the non-compliant.
Every form of false worship subscribes to some or all of those concepts…proving that they are not from God, because his nation of Israel were never taught such concepts. They had one God, no belief in immortal souls, and no such place as “hell”.
