I love this verse! For me, this verse settles the controversy over “which day”, shall we Worship the Lord our God.
(Saturday or Sunday)??
My perspective is Worship Him, Give Thanks unto Him, Be at Rest IN Him...

As posted on the other thread, the One Who was given (John 3.16) was not a created being; He is God Incarnate.

Hi @Houstonparzival FYI....thread I started; John 3.16 and its context in the chapter are a really great study, for reading over and over. They have served as many an introduction to Christianity.
