Hi Wynona. I had some pain this morning and had to go to the doctors. I'm still waiting on lab results, but most of my labs are back and everything looks OK. I am at about the same weight even after intermittent fasting, but my stomach has shrunk a little. Not sure why my weight hasn't changed, but I think I turned some of the fat into muscle, which weighs more. I'll keep fasting and see how it goes.
How are you doing?
I've got to clean out my vacuum cleaner again. There are pine needles all over my floor and the vacuum is having trouble sucking them up. Arrrgggghhhh! Those pesky pine needles keep getting stuck in my vacuum cleaner parts.

Good morning Pathfinder, Truman and CB. Having my first cup of coffee. I'm doing better today than yesterday. I fixed my vacuum cleaner yesterday and my floor is clean.

It is 8.00pm and I am sat at the dining table, looking ahead through candle light at my husband doing his favourite jigsaw: it is of steam engines within Wales. He has done it so many times that he doesn't need to look at the picture on the box. He is in lamp light, and I have an angle-poise lamp directed at the computer keys. There is soft music in the background and it is warm and cosy here.
I have been reading Daniel 9:21-23, it was evening, and Daniel had been speaking in prayer, when he was touched by the angel Gabriel, who had come to bring him skill and understanding. Who tells Daniel that God had commanded him, Gabriel, to come to Daniel as soon as Daniel began to pray, saying, '... for thou art greatly beloved'. How lovely that is, isn't it?
Daniel had been reading the prophecy of Jeremiah, concerning this time of exile that Daniel and his people were experiencing, and he saw that the time prophesied for it's duration was coming to an end, and so he began to pray. What a lovely chapter this is?

I hope all is well with you and yours. :)
The washing machine is whirring away, and my husband has been preparing the tins and cutting the greaseproof paper, ready to make three Dundee cakes, as gifts for Christmas. So I have the anticipation of spicy smells issuing from the kitchen soon.
I can't avoid having to use the word, 'Christmas', but I am not happy with it. For it is a celebration of man's devising, which doesn't mark the true date of the Lord's birth, and is now so commercialised and covered with false glitz that it leaves me cold I'm afraid.
