I have now added to my posting BAN....NOT to bother reading ANYMORE of this thread.... This topic is so frustrating... and so sad.
You can't hear. That's why this is frustrating to you. If you understood the argument you're resisting correctly you wouldn't be so offended.

I understand you thank God. But my question was not about what it is you keep saying you thank God for. So, of you could just give an honest answer to my very very simple question.

YES, I THANK GOD.

Good grief, man, what's wrong with you? You Osas folks are some of the worst people I encounter in the church. Go ahead, report me! You people need to hear this. There is something really wrong with you people. Serious wrong!

OMGosh, Tong, do you have reading comprehension problems, lol? I said why.↓↓↓

You're so intent on 'catching' us anti-Osas folks that you're not paying attention.

As long as the believer keeps trusting in Christ all his sins are forgiven. The sin that is not forgiven is the sin committed in unbelief. IOW, the sin of the UNBELIEVER. Grace ends at the line between believer and unbeliever. Understand?
Well, it’s not the sin of the unbeliever I am talking about but the sin of the believer, the child of God that he commits today.

Are you not saying now that, except unbelief, there is no sin, even when the child of God failed to confess and ask for forgiveness, that will send him to hell?

Just to be clear and to finish this conversation.... The reason this topic offends me so is because it OFFENDS GOD... You have a group of believers denying the PRECIOUS COST of HIS BLOOD... this is an insult to the ATONEMENT.... Salvation is about what HE HAS DONE for the world. The legalists cry out.... SINNER... SINNER.... you are DAMNED.... and JESUS cries out... SINNER... SINNER... you are SAVED.

Again... my bad for giving into the temptation of posting on this thread.... I am honestly trying to find a place in here where I can be of HELP to others... as that is what I desire to do... This is NOT that place.

No, duh. And I answered it for you. Since you qualified the person in your question as a 'child of God' that means he's a believer. That means his sins are forgiven in Christ. They aren't forgiven if he's purposely sinning in a willful rejection of Christ. You don't seem to be able to hear anything outside of your own close minded, narrow Osas arguments. It's really quite sad. You people are pathetic.

No, it offends you because you are defensive about your sin. But if you'd just listen to the anti-Osas argument for what it actually is saying you'd see that you don't have to be defensive about your sin.

There you go. It’s that simple. You thank God that you keep believing in him.

Now, I am quite sure you know why you thank God for that.

Good grief, Addy. YOU are doing that. Read Hebrews 10:26-31. When Osas type 2 says you can willfully sin in the name of grace that is trampling on the blood of Christ. Believing in God and obeying him is NOT trampling on the blood of Christ. Good grief, how did this stupid teaching ever get in the church? I know how. Unbelievers brought it into the church and it appeals to people who are struggling with sin. Not knowing they don't have to destroy the real gospel message with Osas type 2 to guard their struggle with sin. As long as they are a believer Christ has it covered! You have to stop believing in Christ for your struggle with sin to now condemn you. KEEP BELIEVING! That's the message of the Bible. That's not a false works gospel. Good grief, man!

See? You're defensive about your sin. When you don't have to be. In your misguided zeal to destroy the legalist you're destroying the gospel. Every truly born again person knows as long as they are believing, their sins do not damn them. The believer has to stop believing for his sins to now damn him. That's why the Bible tells us to keep believing.

And since you did not answer my question “Are you not saying now that, except unbelief, there is no sin, even when the child of God failed to confess and ask for forgiveness, that will send him to hell?”, I’ll that as a a yes.

Now, considering that, would you say that is a license to sin?

Considering that, would that not be saying that sin does not make him lose his salvation?

I answered your question. You're coming across like a real (edited) right now. (Yes, go ahead and report me, it's worth it).

Willful sinning in unbelief is the only sin that can condemn the 'Christian'. That's what Hebrews 10:26-31 is ALL about. It's about trampling on the blood by which they were sanctified by purposely and willing going back to their old life of sin. Osas type 2 says, no, that's not true, grace is your license to sin on purpose in unbelief and still be saved.

If you or any other 'Christian' wants to willingly sin in unbelief, that means you are not saved. You either don't have the grace of salvation that delivers you from your old life of sin because you stopped believing, or because you never had it.

In the very same way you never seem to understand what BB is saying...

I have now added to my posting BAN....NOT to bother reading ANYMORE of this thread.... This topic is so frustrating... and so sad.
Amen.

It is not even a thread that is realistic. Licentiousness had been around from the beginning of the church. it is not new. And its not OSAS. No matter how they try to make it claim it is. Most of the stuff they accuse us of is not even true. But they can't see it.

Its sad.

Am not talking about willful sinning or any of that you say in there, but was talking simply about sin that a child of God had committed today which he failed to confessed and ask God for forgiveness.
