Of course it is a work of God.But you must do this of your own power and it’s your work not Gods
Salvation based on your efforts. How? What exactly is it that a non osaser does that glorifies himself and not God?
It’s to prove a point. Can you please answerWhy are you starting a new discussion? What is the relevance of this to this discussion?
Lol, the stronghold in the context of the scripture you’ve quoted, is exactly what this whole argument is about. That strikes me as being a mere argument against the biblical concept that the person with a nominal, shallow, or lukewarm faith can fall away (Luke 8:13) and thus lose his salvation and be cut off (Romans 11:20-22).
But arguments will be dealt with by the weapons of our warfare which are not carnal but mighty in God for the pulling down of strongholds.
Faith is only knowing something is true. Faith is just the knowledge that the gospel is true. From there you have to put your trust in what faith has convinced you is true.If this is true, then we can’t lose salvation because we would never lose faith. Because our faith is not from us but from God
Mt. Sinai represents the old covenant of law. Everybody knows that can't save you. It’s to prove a point. Can you please answer
Tell me more...Lol, the stronghold in the context of the scripture you’ve quoted, is exactly what this whole argument is about.
Is it self-effort to walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit?Salvation based on your efforts.
This is not true, this is mere belief, a knowledge is not faith,Faith is only knowing something is true. Faith is just the knowledge that the gospel is true.
This trust is faith, it’s different from mere belief. From there you have to put your trust in what faith has convinced you is true.
It goes deeper than thisMt. Sinai represents the old covenant of law. Everybody knows that can't save you.
The funny thing is you believe it’s you that stands and walks. Is it self-effort to walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit?
I'm not going anywhere with this question, I don't think. Just curious as to what people's answer might be.
You're the one crying because you know OSAS is unBiblical.I know one things
I am finished playing childish games
when your ready to stop crying and discuss the word look me up.
See above. I can't lose if you're right! If you think what I said judged you you must have a guilty complex
you should investigate that
again, when your ready to stop crying give me a yell
The funny thing is you believe it’s you that stands and walks.
This is not true, this is mere belief, a knowledge is not faith
