How do get into(into his body)Christ, believe only or get baptized into him?
1 Corinthians 14:24-25 KJV
[24] But if all prophesy, and there come in one that believeth not, or one unlearned, he is convinced of all, he is judged of all: [25] And thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest; and so falling down on his face he will worship God, and report that God is in you of a truth.

Has this ever happened to you @Truther ?

Bad answer.

Now, do we "believe INTO" Christ or are we "baptized INTO" Christ?

The Church will go through to the end with water-baptism and will never get back to Acts 2:38 what, to Matthew 28 Mark 16, to the Risen Christ and the baptism He commissioned the apostles, "IN THE NAME".
Then that is not the church but an imposter.
Acts 2:38 is the answer to the question of salvation("what shall we do?").

The imposters reply like this.....

"...nothing. Jesus did it all".

"....be baptized in the titles of God, not the name".

"....silent baptism".

"...it is better to obey Jesus than Peter".

".....etc".

The apostles baptised in the Name of Christ, and we by grace having heard the Scriptures believed in the Name of Christ. Which, yea, Who indeed, is our Salvation. The Lord giveth to his beloved in his sleep and hard labour nor water baptism adds anything of value. Only one tithes payer more.

Remission of sins by the name of Jesus Christ during water baptism is the best news you will ever hear.

The first actual Church began at Acts 2.
They were COMMANDED to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins(verse 38).

Question...who changed it?

Oh @Truther,

May your study be fruitful, and your life in Christ be all that He desires for you. For you have been truly blessed in Christ Jesus your Lord. I wish you well, along with all your fellow contributors to this thread. May you be enriched as you thankfully consider all of the blessings that are yours in Christ Jesus, your risen Lord, during this holiday period, and into the New Year.

In thankfulness and praise to God, Who will take of the things of Christ and make them ours.

As for this thread's subject, on which we disagree: may God be the arbiter, and bring light to bear upon it for each one of us, for His Name and Glory's sake.

With love in Christ Jesus
our risen and glorified
Saviour, Lord and Head.
Chris

Hi, @GerhardEbersoehn i was in fact submerged in water baptism 25 years ago, the problem is while I was under the water I couldn’t hear what was being said?

That's the status quo unfortunately-- the one Church - 'Christianity' - is become the great imposter -- the great pretender, the Antichrist where the fire-ant got the capital letter and the Christ, the lowercase.
Yes, you are right on.

Except water baptism merely gives us a clear conscience before God, saving us in the process.....

No, is their a verse in the Bible that says we can believe into Christ(enter into the body of Christ by believing only without being baptized in water)?

Just read the Scripture... you are contradicting what it says, that Noah's ark-experience became symbol for believers as a PRAYER TO GOD --"a pledge of God"-- for a clean and clear conscience. I do not think another worldwide deluge can wash one conscience clear or clean. In any case God said there never will be another flood like in the days of Noah. He even gave a sure SIGN or symbol for his assurance. Now make a study of that sign for a change, and you may discover the significance of THE WORD OF GOD for the salvation, that is, for the cleaning and clearing up of the conscience of all believers of all time.

Water baptism does no one any good. It is a stranglehold the money-worshipping church bosses choke their opulence from the needy.

One little Greek word may have far reaching implications in certain instances. The KJV I am sure, is not easily improved on in this case. It seems you got stuck on a dubious opinion about the meaning of the Preposition 'eis' here.

Are you saying ignore the KJV and read into it as I wish?

The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:
