Lol

you have me laughing

if Satan has faith in God. He never would have rebelled and led a major rebellion against this creator because if his lack of faith.
Hi EG,

I think you and I are on different pages when talking about Satan having faith in God.

What do you mean by that?

So, I guess you are in agreement with the idea that if some early church practiced infant baptism, it doesn't mean they had any special knowledge that made them more right than the protestants who later rejected it?
No. It was consistency of practice from the beginning, not "special knowledge". If infant baptism was so wrong, somebody would have wrote about it. But no one ever did. Luther and Calvin baptized infants, so what went wrong?

Why do we baptize them

as a means to dedicate ourselves to raise them in Zhongshan will

or to help them on a journey In an act which will help them to get saved?

So Satan thinks he has sinned and needs gods forgiveness?
No. Satan rebelled in eternity, so the consequences are eternal. He cannot repent.

I just quoted a well known theologian who objected to infant baptism very early on, so it wasn't a given.
BTW I seem to remember that Luther thought the peasant baby's were all destined for hell because they weren't baptized so it was ok to kill Peasants.
Ideas have consequences.

You right it is not the discussion

the discussion was does Satan have faith in Christ
This specific discussion is about post #405 in which you said “satan does not have faith that he is a sinner and judged”.

Scripture makes it clear he was a sinner, as i showed you, and that he was judged, as I showed you.

I still don’t know what you mean by “does Satan have faith in Christ”?

I believe Satan has faith that Christ is the Saviour and he could be saved if he choose to be.

Your wrong

this discussion is about this post. Where you claimed Satan had faith
Hmmmm......Satan believes Christ is who he says he is and has faith in him. I wonder why Satan Doesn’t do good works and is saved.

Mary

my response is that satin does not have faith he is a sinner AND needs saved
and I stand by that response. Satan does not have faith God will save him from his sins

What's your take on James 2:19 ?
James, speaking to people who claim to have faith. Like demons believe in Jesus. But like demons. Who did not trust god rebelled due to lack of faith. And tremble because they know their fate but continue because they loved sin

Soooo if I quote you I’m dishonest....fascinating

The fact is you said satan does not think he sinned. Scripture says he did sooo it doesn’t matter what satan thinks. If you don’t think you sinned it doesn’t matter. It only matters what scripture says. Wouldn’t you agree?

ps...I don’t judge

Soooo if I quote you I’m dishonest....fascinating
Once again, your first comment was satan had faith
I responded with this
1.satan does not have faith that he is a sinner and judged
2.he does not have faith that Jesus died for his sins and that he will save him

do you?
You followed this by sayIng g it does not matter if satan had faith he sinned or not, scripture said he sinned (Destroying your own theory)

you then went on cutting my post and making accusations which were not true

I know this,

some people close to you need to show you how you messed up here, and I pray you realize your mistake. Maybe it was an accident? Either way, yes you are dishonest.

once again good day
