Several that show "elect" to simply mean, "chosen", and that often used that same reference to include both angels and men.

Well, just choose the one you like...the one that you agree with.

Trib saints are not Christian????
Trib saints is a term devised by pre-tribbers, and you fell for it line, hook, and sinker. There's not ONE verse that says Jesus returns BEFORE tribulation, or a verse that says a rapture happens before tribulation. Jesus said the gathering happens AFTER the tribulation and I believe him.
The rapture, snatching away, his pre-trib. The church is taken.
The "rapture" is not a bus ride to safety, nor can it be viewed as such if one is to have understanding.

The "rapture" is the word used to describe the euphoric experience of attaining the spirit of God - rebirth, poorly described by men seeing through a glass dimly. Throughout the scriptures this is described as occurring at different times, some in death, and some in life, aka, "the living and the dead in Christ." Paul then elaborates to explain that some "are alive and remain" in the world. He also gives the timing ("which no man knows the day nor the hour"), as, "each in his own order", rather than a mass event.

But once a person goes down that path of thinking that the flesh is some kind of evolution of God and that Christ has a "glorified" hybrid body instead of simply being God and being spirit just as the scriptures say, and thinking that the prophecies all happen to one generation instead of happening to all generations, making up ways that "every eye will see" by some man made technology, which never works because every eye in one generation, is not actually every eye...welllll, then they have to invent and interpret all the details to go with it, and we end up with the mess that we see to day. And then they just get what they have coming, and have to weight until they die to find out the actual truth.

Nonetheless, "as in the days of Noah", which were unfolding toward the Apex, whom is Christ, all things simply unfold in like manner, until the end.

What are you? A Seventh-day Adventist?

It's not? The ELECT being Christians certainly does!

You may not know, but pre-trib as we know it today is a series of fabrication's that developed over the last 50 or so years, to cover up contradictions that arose over that time. It's the big shots who have made millions selling a false hope that keeps coming up with them, (fabrications) and it's people with little to no discernment who keep accepting them. Pre-trib contradictions continue to surface every year as they have since the late 60's. Even in the last 20 years several contradictions have been exposed. Rather than change their mind, the high powered big shots continued with the manufacturing process to cover those contradictions. The teaching is so extensive, complicated, and fabricated, that takes volumes of books to cover them all.

The thing that saddens me is that people have no discernment today. Pre-trib has developed into a deceitful complicated mess. It's as though truth takes a back seat to loyalty to the teaching. It's so bad that I can only conclude that it comes from the evil one, and I don't like saying that but it needs to be said.

Mathew 24 does create a serious problem for pre-tribbers but they don't care. They can't escape the fact that Jesus said the gathering of the ELECT occurs AFTER the tribulation. In every verse in the NT the word ELECT/CHOSEN always refers to Christians, Christ/Luke 23:35, or angels/1 Tim 5:21. NOT ONCE does it refer to Jews DEBUNKING PRETRIBULATIONISM!

That coming from a non-Trinitarian.

Well, preterists are wrong and a minority belief. In 67 A.D. the church was at its infancy and growing. The notion that prophecy is already been fulfilled is illogical and absurd.

I totally agree.

Yes it is. Jesus said the gathering of Christians happens after the tribulation! That's a real problem because you cannot change the fact that the word ELECT always refers to Christians, Christ, or angels! Jesus DEBUNKED pre-trib before it was ever devised!
Is there a 70th week to come? Yes, there is but no where in the bible does it describe or speak about a seven year tribulation period. That is a pre-trib embellishment.

Trinity is false doctrine. I know it and people are afraid to admit it. Just like pre-trib, it only takes one verse to debunk the Trinity. But people are incredible deceived and lack so much discernment today that they just can't see it.

Jesus said "The Father is Greater"...THRNITY DEBUNKED!

How exactly does that debunk the Trinity?
