Why did the Crusaders also kill Jews and Christians?
Wikipedia correctly says

The Crusades were a series of military campaigns launched by the papacy between 1095 and 1291 against Muslim rulers for the recovery and defence of the Holy Land,

I'm sorry but you have your facts mixed up my friend

I'm sorry but that is false.
Christian kingdoms in Europe were at war with each other. Maybe thats what you mean. But the crusade wars were strictly against Islam. That's an undeniable historical fact

How can it be false when the dicumentation is provided in this thread? That the Crusaders killed Muslims, Jews and Christians is conceded and acknowledged by reputable Christian and Jewish (and Muslim) sources.

While Wikipedia can be a useful source, IF it denies that the Crusaders also killed Christians and Jews then it is misreporting the facts.

Here is another source from Brittanica

Crusades, military expeditions, beginning in the late 11th century, that were organized by western European Christians in response to centuries of Muslim wars of expansion. Their objectives were to check the spread of Islam, to retake control of the Holy Land

Please supply a source for your claims

I’ve supplied dozens of them in this thread.

A moment ago I did an online search using the question “Did the Crusaders also kill Christians and Jews?” and it pulled up a bevy of sources - including but not limited to Wikipedia - which confirmed that they did.

History.com says

The Crusades were a series of religious wars between Christians and Muslims started primarily to secure control of holy sites considered sacred by both groups

I don’t think anyone has gone on record in this thread denying this information. I certainly haven’t. It doesn’t alter the fact that the Crusaders killed Christians and Jews as well as Muslims.

Yes, but why are you unable to see / read those already posted in this thread?

I've supplied 3 sources showing that the wars were against Islam

There are many other sources quoted in this thread - by myself and others - that do so as well.

I’ve provided links to my sources whenever possible so that everyone can read it for themselves. When unable to provide links I’ve provided references.

I still don’t understand why you aren’t able to see / read them in this thread.

What is keeping you from doing a search for “Did the Crusaders also kill Christians and Jews”? It should pull up the same information and sources for you that it did for me.

World history encyclopaedia says

The Crusades were a series of military campaigns organised by popes and Christian western powers to take Jerusalem and the Holy Land back from Muslim control and then defend those gains.

That's 5 sources I've provided now. Without reading your sources i can only say that your claims are false.
Christian in fighting maybe yes but it wasn't the objective

Thanks. I’ll bump one of my posts for you. If that doesn’t work then I’ll try reposting some of them for you.

You will be amazed at what hyper-grace, overly-spiritualized people deny. They've chosen to make themselves irrelevant in the public square, abandoning all soul-full responsibilities and allow themselves to be directed by enemies of God - and they think they have the moral high ground!
