A faith so great because of the author and finisher of our faith to the point where it is more than faith... but just reading it or hearing with natural eye and natural ear will convince no one whose heart is not open. It is to them, the ones with open hearts, who will be convinced. As we see them wandering around this forum, some people have closed their doors and locked them... supposedly against people who are wrong, but Jesus is also too often left on the outside. In that situation with our doors locked for a short moment we might be OK but for how long will God be patient with us? There is that limit which He knows for each one of us: 10 times for the children of Israel but only once for Moses!Yes, Paul! Yes, I think he was.
2 Timothy 4:18 "And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen."
I think he believed it. That the Lord would in fact deliver him, even from death, to preserve him. What made him so confident, do you think?
Much love!
