On the final question, Senators respond “guilty” or “not guilty” on each article of impeachment. The support of two-thirds of Senators present on an article is necessary to convict.”

8. If the Senate votes in favor of conviction by a 2/3 supermajority vote (67 votes), the Senate will then vote to remove the official from office.

9. That move by Graham, the letter to Schumer, could be just to secure his base for next election. To make it appear as if he's expressing an act of contrition now for having no guts before when it counted.
