Same Sex Marriage Postal Vote Australia

There's hope of a "No" vote majority in Australia, but it will be a close one according to the latest research, I hope this research is right, and I am praying for a victory for Christianity and morality, if a no vote wins, it could potentially impact other western countries in the world by pushing conservative politicians to raise up and call for a reversal of laws in the USA, Canada, etc.

The one good thing though, we got the Australian Christian Lobby backing the traditional "Marriage Coalition", and they are putting on a lot of ads on tv exposing the damage gay marriage is doing in other countries and is already doing through gay education in schools, and a few politicians are also speaking out making their views public, we also have a political commentator "Andrew Bolt" allowed to write his views in the newspaper everyday, he has his own show on Sky News, and even though he ain't a Christian, he is a complete wrecking ball towards political correctness and a protector of Christian freedoms, and we see opinion pages where there are opinions from ordinary working class Australians, and the majority of them you read in the opinion page in the paper don't support gay marriage. So there is a possibility of marriage remaining the way it's meant to be in Australia.

But the ones making a lot of noise that are supporting gay marriage, you will find are the celebrities, famous people, famous comedians, the breakfast shows, news broadcasters, politicians especially the Labor, Greens and half the Liberal party and this is where it gets ridiculous, some school kids telling their parents what they think, unemployed youths, druggos, people standing out in their pyjamas yelling at others and protesting with a rainbow flag and there's the pot smoking person with a few teeth & a bar through his nose, who headbutted former Prime Minister Tony Abbott.

But seriously people hailed this guy a hero on twitter who goes by the professional name of DJ Astro Funknuki Labe, the so called DJ name is laughable and people looked up to him as some great role model, he is a supporter of gay marriage, gave his rude blunt views on Tony Abbott straight to the news camera, so this guy headbutted Tony Abbott, Tony Abbott our former PM is a supporter of Christian freedoms, a supporter of traditional marriage, anti-abortion, and straight up front to the News camera he told people what he thought of Tony Abbott, and tells them it was done because he just hated the PM and had nothing to do with gay marriage, and then later he told people on twitter what he thought of people voting no.

Hahaha, like seriously it's laughable and ridiculous that half of Australians take advice from these kind of people to vote for immoral issues...... Role models these days... It's just a massive *facepalm.*

It's sad that 61.6% of Australians voted yes for marriage equality, but no matter the result, the definition of marriage will always stay husband and wife with God, more could have been done to protect marriage, we got heaps of Catholic/Christian politicians in parliament who voted yes, and it makes me wonder how many of them have read the words Jesus said and what is more important in their lives, pleasing the immoral desires of men and women, or pleasing God, these are the end times and we are meant to persevere.

A few politicians are now putting out a bill to protect religious freedom and protection of Christianity, and the Prime Minister and Opposition leader has promised that they will protect Christianity and other religious beliefs, but...... what we have seen done against people who disagreed in same sex marriage, in the lead up to this vote, is Churches vandalized, a number of gay marriage protesters holding a sign saying burn Christians on the stake, people campaigning to protect traditional marriage being abused and punched in the face.

Now it's up to God on how much longer he wants to keep this planet spinning, we gotta pray for the future generations in our families and the ones to come, if they pass the bill to protect Christian beliefs and values, it would be a great if we can have one more period of time where a great revival happens and many lives change for the sake of Christian kids and a next couple of generations of Christians, but if that doesn't happen, the world is about to get a whole lot more hostile towards Christians in the next 10-20 years, with Gen Ys, Gen Zs, Millenials occupying the parliaments, we may still have people who believe in Jesus in parliament, but we may see a massive shift in the next 10-20 years who could wipe out the law to protect Christianity, it has came down to this, it's not just about protecting Christian freedom anymore, but it's about protecting the mind of kids now as well, teaching our descendants in the ways of Jesus and praying & keeping them on the narrow road to heaven, now is the time to raise them up to rely on God like never before, for them to get real close to God.

Even though I am not happy with the result of the votes, this is very well expected, and it's prophesied all throughout the Bible that Satan will deceive more and more people in the lead up to the day of judgement, and he will deceive more people into believing what's wrong as right, and that's going to get worse, and that's the way it is, Satan is getting more and more anxious as Jesus return gets nearer and he is trying to take as many people down as he can, and as Satan deceives more and more of the world, persecutions of Christians are prophesied to grow, as more of the world gets brainwashed into the lies of the Satan, and unfortunately the end of the ends are going to be like the days of Sodom & Gommorah, in those days Christians are going to need total reliance on God to protect them from carnal men and women, and the days of Noah, again they will need total reliance on God, and that's that, everyday we need to be building our relationship closer and closer to God, building up that spiritual muscle, our strength is in Jesus, our defense is in Jesus, building it up to the point where we can tune into Jesus's voice everyday, building it up to the point where we can say to the strongest of warlocks, witches, satanists, gets lost Satan in Jesus's name, and the demons will flee from those very high up in witchcraft, or even better to a point where you can walk without saying a word, and the demons will see the fire of God on you and thousands of angels marching by your side, and the powers of darkness will be broken and they will flee, and to the point where people trying to capture us or torture us, will break down in tears, and repent and accept Jesus into their life or they will see the fire of God on you and the thousands of angels and they will say don't go touch this man, he is dangerous, we don't know what he has got, but we can just see that he has great power. And that's how close Christians are going to need to get to Jesus, with the way things are going at this rate in the world.

And it is a very very wonderful thing if you or I or anybody get that close to Jesus.

But always remember there is victory in Jesus, people can destroy your body but they cannot kill your soul, and in the end we will be rewarded and Jesus will say oh good and faithful servant you have stood strong and persevered through persecution, resisted bowing down to the ways of the world, resisted falling to the pressure of the people of the world and getting deceived, here are your many rewards, and here is your great beautiful mansion made out of gold, silver and many precious stones or something strikingly amazing, and the wonderful thing is we don't know how great those rewards in heaven are, they are greater than we can imagine, if 1000 sheep was a blessing in the ancient of days, imagine how much more of blessing there will be in heaven. I can imagine God giving people not just mansions but their very own garden of Eden in heaven with new heavenly creatures of every kind, heavenly fruits on fruit trees that will taste so delicious, and that will just be their backyard.

Would it be better if Christians turned over their countries to atheistic 'conservatives' then since you hate the liberal ones so much? Is there a difference to you? This is of course assuming the country was "yours" to be turning over in the first place. Satan is called the seven headed ten horned dragon for a reason. I'm of the opinion that a country would have to be run more like a type of theocracy for any country to even begin to claim be a truly Christian one. You would otherwise just be a country with a good chunk of its population who happen to identify itself as Christian, with its elected officials paying lip service to the faith who 99% of the time end up belonging to some occult group or secret society that is anything but Christian, like freemasonry.

The rage over the same sex postal vote is that the squeaky wheel always get the attention of the politicians and the level of "gay" people, for want of a better label, within our society who have mums and dads who love their children even though they may have differing views on the types of relationships they should be in, will have voted "Yes," just to support their children.

I did not vote, because I was out of the country during the postal voting period. I will also not vote in a state election because I will be in the sky and will not be able to get to a polling booth from there in time. Sadly, but we do not understand the processes of good governance.

The question that is not being asked is who is responsible for my personal governance? The Gillie's Report? The Union rep?

The answer is I am and whether or not the Yes campaign got up, it would still not have changed the behaviour of the Gay community and who is responsible for their circumstances and choices.

If we go back a couple of hundred years homosexuality was rife in Merry Old England and even Bishops were involved in this indulgence and spot of "fun" of the dandies. Then the wheel moved forward and homosexuality became unlawful back a hundred or so years ago and the "gay" hid by acting proper. Look at the Film industry, many great stars were "gays."

The wheel keeps turning and our indulgences will again be hidden from view and respectability will soar until it to turns on the wheel and we have gone full circle.

Nothing is new, it has all been done before.

Stranger I believe a lot of Christians voted, but a number of them fell under the pressure to vote yes, and that was a major problem in the yes vote winning, they were more concerned about pleasing the world than pleasing God. I think 79% of eligible voters voted, and sadly only in a few electorates the no vote won, there were 2 multicultural electorates in Victoria that voted no, one in South East Melbourne which is made up of Sudanese, South Africans, Indians, Chinese, Vietnamese, Afghanis, Iraqis immigrants and descents, and North West Melbourne which is made out of Turkish, Iraqi and Lebanese immigrants and descent, just about the whole of western Sydney also voted no, and that's pretty multicultural too, plenty of Muslims there, and the majority of Western Queensland mainly made out out of farmers, sheep shearers and small businesses in their towns, the 2 big electorates there voted no. So basically to answer that, most Christians didn't stay at home, but it sadly seems the other religions stood up more for morals than the Christians did in this case.

So are you saying that a large part of the 61.6% that voted for gay marriage identified as 'christian'? Even if they did, what exactly could that possibly mean? Were they ever REALLY Christians to begin with? Instead of just giving the expected reaction and blaming it on proclaimed believers, you should probably entertain the possibility that the "Christians" that you seem to believe did vote in favor of gay marriage were in fact unbelievers posing as Christians. Never underestimate Satan's ability to present himself as an angel of light, and his advocates as ministers of righteousness. Christianity, after all is Australia's biggest religion, so there can definitely be more than one factor at play.
