    never did

    Christ is the cornerstone

Peter is the rock upon which Christ built His ( not you’re’s and not mine, but His) church Matt 16:18

    Ephesians 5:24
Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ,

    Jn 15:5

Yet using your interpretation of John 6

    THEY DO CONTRADICT

You can deny it all you want. it does not make it a fact.

Jesus said, whoever eats this bread WILL NOT DIE (MY INTEPRPRETATION)... he never said they MIGHT NOT DIE (YOUR INTERPRETATION)

    I gave you the answer.

The way to get into the kingdom is to be saved.

Jesus said blessed are the poor (bankrupt) in spirit. for theirs is the kingdom of heaven

This should give us a clue. the thing is, will you notice this clue or continue to deny it

the communion of the saints is the blood of Jesus.

Not the works of the roman catholic Church.

Even peter was not without error

So your own first pope failed your own requirement

Again, You will be held accountable. Not your church if they are wrong, you do not get a get out of hell free card.

That’s not what poor in spirit means!

you can be wealthy and be poor in spirit!’

the poor are detached from goods, so poor in spirit is to be detached from goods in your heart!

since 'catholic' literally means 'universal' i've decided to call myself a catholic.

i believe God has sheep all over the world; some among wolves, some among goats, probably some among gnomes & faeries - God knows.
    John 10.

would you please ask your associate Mssr. Webster if he is amenable to my decision?

Shavuot; the passing of seven sevens - that's before Galatians 2, correct?

it is simple to the one who has understanding, and impossible for the one who does not.

the audience of Matthew 18:18 is all His disciples ((see Matthew 18:1)); not Peter alone until 18:21 - Peter who had the wrong answer and was rebuked by God in Matthew 18:22. Matthew 18:18, spoken to all His disciples, is perfect tense -- the word of God to all His disciples is literally, whatever you bind shall have already been bound and whatever you loose shall have already been loosed. pay attention to the temporal reference God makes here. it is already past tense before the disciple binds or looses; a finished & perfected thing with God before he or she speaks it on earth. the authority is in heaven, not in man; see Matthew 28:18, and Philippians 2:13

put that fact together with Isaiah 65:24 and you have the teaching you sought.

see? God anticipated papism. He put it's rebuke in His book, far ahead of time. it proves He is God.

unless you'd rather have scripture set against itself, that is. but then you would be wrong.
& you don't prefer holding blasphemously self-contradictory doctrine and causing others to stumble with false teaching, do you? nobody likes that. well maybe sycophants like it. but no one who thinks.

Jesus answered and said unto him,
If a man love Me, he will keep My words:
and My Father will love him, and We will come unto him,
and make Our abode with him.

    (John 14:23)

    Thus saith the LORD:
Cursed be the man that trusteth in man
    (Jeremiah 17:5)

all His covenants are personal. in Genesis 15, Abraham fell into a deep sleep ((see Genesis 2))
and God passed between the parts, alone - in two visages with a flame and smoke between.
it is God who wills and works, and God knows that every pope at his best is worthless ((Psalm 39:5)) - as all men

    worship God and Him only
there is no one without sin.
    not Peter. not Mary. not your saints-declared-by-men. not your statuaries;
neither your beads nor any ((every)) high hill.
    no one but God:

    JESUS OF NAZARETH

Pretty sure a person calling themselves a Christian is believing Jesus is the Christ, and Jesus’ Father exclusively IS the Holy Father.

    John 17
[1] These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said...
    [11] ...Holy Father...

    At is totally wrong

The greek word used for poor is literally to be bankrupt. To be completely broken, destitute, have no hope. To be a bigger because you have nothing and cannot support yourself

A wealthy person would be like a health person. They do not need help.
