I had a real devasting realization as i read this . And no it was not what YOU wrote .
IT was this .
You wrote i am a girl the last time i checked . and yet this ever growing many gender fluid generation
had called you a hater . Pretty sad huh .
But allow me to now remind us all . THERE IS ONLY TWO sexes . MALE and FEMALE .
and what GOD created you in the womb IS WHAT YOU ARE to the TOMB . GOD dont make mistakes .

I don't know how you think of it, but the word "office" (Greek - praxis) in new testament is simply the work (function) of a spiritual gift.........it isn't talking about an "official" role in a formally recognized kind of way, but is talking about a spiritual gift and its particular work as opposed to other spiritual gifts.

Believing Paul was in the wrong.......wow that is some slippery slope there. And Episkopos agrees with that. Noted. And I hope others take note as well.

I also don't like how Peter chose Mathias as an Apostle, instead of letting Jesus choose His own Apostles. Paul is who Jesus chose.

Interesting. Matthias wasn't bargained for until after Jesus had already asscended when there were still only eleven. Even Judas was dead.

They chose Matthias by lot....which was a way of putting it in God's hands to choose.

I'm not sure most of us are qualified to criticize what the Apostles did....it's above our station. It took another apostle (Paul) to rebuke Peter.

Matthias was with them in the group of disciples. This was a requirment for him to be selected. He was a witness to everything that had happened.

I decided to comment on one thing you mentioned about the office of a teacher, and was going to wait on the Lord for whether or what to say concerning the rest. Amigo tackled one aspect, which I agreed with - it was not four strikes "against" you, so to speak, only one.

If we call anything written by Paul into question then that leaves the entire new testament open to question as potentially not being inspired. Is that what you and Epi believe?

As if todays inclusive judge not generation knows far better than the judgmental paul .
The things people believe sister .

the more i read what she wrote i was like i can spend all day correcting this .
but i decided to warn against her approach . it is the inclusive one . Though i dont know if she
has bought the big lie yet . but is obvious she is buying into lies . That is not a good sign either .
IT IS PRIDE and REBELLION to go against the pattern GOD set . Pride was the fall of lucifer
and it will be the fall of man .
One thing i have noticed about this senusal inclusive love so many now run too and have embraced
as though it be of GOD .
PRIDE IS ALL OVER IT . yet they see it as very humble like .
Wanna know what has become a key sin to this generation .
THEY see it as sin to be grave and correct . The sin that wont flow with false unity and finding common ground .
I mean most folks can teach some of the most heinous things and still they keep company .
TO THEM the SIN the big sin , IS not trying to find common ground and have unity.
They honestly believe The great goal of GOD is , HEY EVERYONE JUST HAVE UNITY .
IF GOD was all about the unity they are for and the common ground goal
HE would never have DESTROYED the tower of babel .
AND BELIEVE ME THEY ALL HAD ONE COMMON MINDSET . it just was NOT UNDER GOD .
JUST LIKE TODAY . oh they have a common mindset and its all about WE ARE ONE .
And just looking at what they tolerate and what they dont tolerate , I can easily say iT AINT UNDER GOD .

very good mark i see you read acts . exactly . mathias HAD BEEN with JESUS .
Tis why peter said we need one who has been a witness with us etc .
mathias had been with them during that walk . He might not have been one of the twelve
but he had been with them . And due to judas , Son of perditon , was cast out .
ONE who had been with them and even been witness to his ressurection had to replace Judas .
So they cast lots between the two . In the bible we must be and in the bible let us stay to learn .
Cause many are heeding wayward men in these late and last and oh yes final hours upon earth .

Pick n choose .
That is the motto of all who love to heed men and whose trust and hope is in men .
They pick what to beleive and choose what to omit .
As for this sheep , i pick to expose anything contrary to what is already written
and i choose TRUTH and not f lesh pleasing lies .
Anytime one picks and chooses what doctrine to beleive and what doctrine to omit

HE didnt choose mathias .
Peter prayed to GOD and asked GOD to choose . T ry reading the bible .
LORD ye know the hearts of all men ................choose ye ........................
PETER prayed TO GOD and asked him to choose which one . AND GOD DID . the lot fell upon mathais .
And beleive me GOD does know the hearts of all men and HE DID choose which one
would replace that judas who fell by trangression .
