Friend, your reference is about Job, not the sons of God.
ERROR, did you not see it?, listen lets open your EYES. Job 1:3 "His substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all the men of the east".
see that word "men" here, it's the Hebrew word,
H1121 בֵּן ben (bane) n-m.
בָּנִים baniym (ba-neem') [plural]
בְּנִי bniy (ben-ee') [possessive singular]
בָּנַי banay (baw-nah'ee) [possessive plural]
(used widely) a son (as a builder of the family name).
{in the widest sense of literal and figurative relationship, including grandson, subject, nation, quality or condition, etc., (like H1 H251, etc.).}
[from H1129]
KJV: + afflicted, age, (Ahoh-) (Ammon-) (Hachmon-) (Lev-)ite, (anoint-)ed one, appointed to, (+) arrow, (Assyr-) (Babylon-) (Egypt-) (Grec-)ian, one born, bough, branch, breed, + (young) bullock, + (young) calf, X came up in, child, colt, X common, X corn, daughter, X of first, + firstborn, foal, + very fruitful, + postage, X in, + kid, + lamb, (+) man, meet, + mighty, + nephew, old, (+) people, + rebel, + robber, X servant born, X soldier, son, + spark, + steward, + stranger, X surely, them of, + tumultuous one, + valiant(-est), whelp, worthy, young (one), youth.

HERE'S the REVELATION, it the same word used in genesis 6:4 to identify the "Sons of God". look up the term "men" here in Job 1:3.

Type II. “Mighty Men”, Ordinary men in stature, “A Giant”

As previously stated, Nephilim do not mean ONLY “Giants” in stature, not only, but here we will examine the Nephilim in stature, yes Giants, as in height. again we’ll look at after the flood and see these giants and where they came from. and they all came from the same source, ordinary human men and women, in this case, post flood, Noah and his sons. We will start with one of the best know giants in the bible, Goliath, the Philistine of Gath.

listen and understand, These are the names of Noah sons. Genesis 9:18 & 19 "And the sons of Noah, that went forth of the ark, were Shem, and Ham, and Japheth: and Ham is the father of Canaan. 19 "These are the three sons of Noah: and of them was the whole earth overspread”. Knowing this, the only people to exist on the entire planet, after the flood, came from these three sons of Noah. no giants came from any other unions but of human men and women, this is bible.

1 Samuel 17:23 "And as he talked with them, behold, there came up the champion, the Philistine of Gath, Goliath by name, out of the armies of the Philistines, and spake according to the same words: and David heard them”. Here the scriptures say that Goliath was a Philistine. And Goliath himself tells us that he is a Philistine. 1 Samuel 17:8 "And he stood and cried unto the armies of Israel, and said unto them, Why are ye come out to set your battle in array? am not I a Philistine, and ye servants to Saul? choose you a man for you, and let him come down to me”. We know without a doubt that Goliath of Gath is a Philistine.
Now the question comes, where did the Philistine come from? Answer, let’s look at the genealogy of Noah sons and trace back to Goliath of Gath who is a Philistine. Genesis 10:6 "And the sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizraim, and Phut, and Canaan”.
One of Ham’s sons were Mizraim. Let’s look at Mizraim sons. Genesis 10:13 "And Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim, 14 "And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (out of whom came Philistim,) and Caphtorim”. As we can see Mizraim had a son name Casluhim which out of him came a people called Philistim.
This is the same exact genealogy out of 1 Chronicles 1:12. Let’s compare them
1 Chronicles 1:12 "And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (of whom came the Philistines,) and Caphthorim”.
Genesis 10:14 "And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (out of whom came Philistim,) and Caphtorim”.
Perfect match, so we know that Philistim in Genesis 10:14 is the Philistines in 1 Chronicles 1:12.
Knowing this, the Philistines came from HAM, one of Noah sons, who had Mizraim, who had Casluhim.

So this Giant Goliath came from ordinary men and women NOT FROM ANY ANGELIC UNION WITH HUMAN WOMAN. This Genesis 6 myth is coming apart.
in the book of Numbers 13:33 "And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight".
Here we see giants in stature/height the term "Giants"/nephilim is associated with the sons of Anak which can be trace back to HAM. a son of Noah.

And if one study the bible these so called Giants was just tall men. For Goliath was around 9ft. And 6 inches. 1 Samuel 17:4 "And there went out a champion out of the camp of the Philistines, named Goliath, of Gath, whose height was six cubits and a span."

Doing the math, a cubits is roughly 18 inches, and a span = roughly 9 inches
Let’s add up Goliath height to be sure. He was six cubits and a span.
1 cubits = 18 inches, which =1ft and 6 inches
2 cubits = 18 inches, which =1ft and 6 inches
3 cubits = 18 inches, which =1ft and 6 inches
4 cubits = 18 inches, which =1ft and 6 inches
5 cubits = 18 inches, which =1ft and 6 inches
6 cubits = 18 inches, which =1ft and 6 inches

That’s a total of 6ft and 36 inches. 36 inches is 3 feet. that makes Goliath 9ft tall. But now we need to add the span which is roughly 9 inches, which means the Philistine of Gath, Goliath was over 9 and a half feet tall. Well the tallest man in modern times was Robert Wadlow who stood in at 8ft and 11 inches, just about 9 feet. If one would look at some of his pictures next to ordinary people you will see why he is called a giant. Goliath would have had only a few inches on him.

These giants through out the bible is just extra tall men and women. If one just take their time and add up some of these heights one will find that they was just extraordinary tall men, who had the condition in humans called “gigantism”. as was with the famous wrestler Andre the giant.

So get that Gulliver travels myth out of your head. These was just extra tall men who had ordinary parents who was human.

PICJAG.

Actually, genealogy has nothing to do with forming these hybrids.

nope, the term "sons of God", apply to humans and not angels. as said the only "sons of God in the entire book of Job are listed in Job 1:3 "His substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all the men of the east". see, there is your only "sons of God" in the book of Job.

2 Peter 2:5
and did not spare the ancient world, but saved Noah, one of eight people, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood on the world of the ungodly;

Okay,Noah was perfect, meaning his line was pure ,not that he didn't sin and fall short

II Peter 2:5 "And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;"

God did not spare that first earth or the world age prior to the flood, but He spared only Noah and the other seven persons of His family. It is interesting to see the meaning of the word "ungodly" as it is used here. The word means, "one created not by God's natural method." The reason for the sparing of Noah and his family was because the blood line or lineage of their family did not have the blood mixture of the fallen angels in theirs. We read of this in Genesis 6:9.

Genesis 6:9 "THESE ARE THE GENERATIONS OF NOAH: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God."

The key to understanding this verse is in the word "perfect". "Perfect" comes from the Hebrew word "Tamim", and it means "without blemish as to breed or pedigree." This is talking about the blood line of Noah, his parents all the way back to Adam and Eve. The blood line was uncontaminated with the strains of those wick angels that came down to marry the daughters of men. Lets review Genesis 6:1.

Genesis 6:1 "And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them."

It was through the bloodline of men, or Adam and Eve that the promised Messiah would be born of a virgin.

Genesis 6:2 "That the sons of God [angels] saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose."

These are the angels spoken of in Jude 6, and they are also the angels that shall return to the earth in our generation, as we read of in Revelation 12:7-9. These are the angels that followed Satan and came to earth other then through the womb of woman, born in the water sack as all normal babies are born. They left their first estate in the heavenlies, and came to earth and married and mates with women. This was Satan's second attempt to destroy the woman through which Christ would come. This is Satan's second attack. We know the first attack is recorded in Genesis 3:15, when Satan deceived Eve into sexual union with her, and their son Cain was born. This act is covered up in the church world today with all sorts of fairy-tales, and myths about apples, and the sad thing is that the Christian world has come to believe it. It was from that first attack that the Kenites would come, and be the negative part of God's plan.

Noah had 2 of every kind on the ark including the races

All the races started with Adam and Eve, just two. Are you saying that there were other people on the ark besides Noah and his wife, and their three sons and their wives (all human)?

Many people say that the sons of God are angels, is that right or wrong?

To be a "Son of God", you have to meet one of the following criteria:

1. Be a direct creation of God like Adam and the angels.

2. Be an adopted Son of God through Jesus Christ.

Since no human on earth living in the days of Noah up until the atonement of Jesus met this criteria, then the "sons of God" in Genesis 6 can only be angels, unless someone wants to be foolish and claim they were flying spaghetti monsters or something.

Yep,that's what I'm saying, also all did not come from Adam and Eve.

God created male and female in chapter 1. Adam was not formed until chapter 2.

Do you not see male female created He them

Genesis 1:27 "So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them."

What did He tell them?

Genesis 1:28 "And God blessed them, and God said unto them, "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, ad over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."

The above is not Adam and Eve.

23. "THE SONS OF GOD" IN GEN. 6:2, 4.

It is only by the Divine specific act of creation that any created being can be called "a son of God". For that which is "born of the flesh is flesh". God is spirit, and that which is "born of the Spirit is spirit" (John 3:6). Hence Adam is called a "son of God" in Luke 3:38. Those "in Christ" having "the new nature" which is by the direct creation of God (2Cor. 5:17. Eph. 2:10) can be, and are called "sons of God" (John 1:13. Rom. 8:14, 15. 1John 3:1). (*1)

This is why angels are called "sons of God" in every other place where the expression is used in the Old Testament. Job 1:6; 2:1; 38:7. Ps. 29:1; 89:6. Dan. 3:25 (no art.). (*2) We have no authority or right to take the expression in Gen. 6:2, 4 in any other sense. Moreover, in Gen. 6:2 the Sept. renders it "angels". Angels are called "spirits" (Ps. 104:4. Heb. 1:7, 14), for spirits are created by God.

That there was a fall of the angels is certain from Jude 6.

  • The nature of their fall is clearly stated in the same verse. They left their own oiketerion. This word occurs only in 2Cor. 5:2 and Jude 6, where it is used of the spiritual (or resurrection) body.

  • The nature of their sin is stated to be "in like manner" to that of the subsequent sins of Sodom and Gomorrha, Jude 7.

  • The time of their fall is given as having taken place "in the days of Noah" (1Pet. 3:20. 2Pet. 2:7), though there may have been a prior fall which caused the end of "the world that then was" (Gen. 1:1, 2. 2Pet. 3:6).

  • For this sin they are "reserved unto judgment", 2Pet. 2:4, and are "in prison", 1Pet. 3:19.

  • Their progeny, called Nephilim (translated "giants"), were monsters of iniquity; and, being superhuman in size and character, had to be destroyed (see Ap. 25). This was the one and only object of the Flood.

  • Only Noah and his family had preserved their pedigree pure from Adam (Gen. 6:9, see note). All the rest had become "corrupt" (shachath) destroyed [as Adamites]. the only remedy was to destroy it (de facto), as it had become destroyed (de jure). (It is the same word in v. 17 as in vv. 11, 12.) See further under Ap. 25 on the Nephilim.
This irruption of fallen angels was Satan's first attempt to prevent the coming of the Seed of the woman foretold in gen. 3:15. If this could be accomplished, God's Word would have failed, and his own doom would be averted.

As soon as it was made known that the Seed of the woman was to come through ABRAHAM, there must have been another irruption, as recorded in Gen. 6:4, "and also after that" (i.e. after the days of Noah, more than 500 years after the first irruption). The aim of the enemy was to occupy Canaan in advance of Abraham, and so to contest its occupation by his seed. For, when Abraham entered Canaan, we read (Gen. 12:6) "the Canaanite was then (i.e. already) in the land."

In the same chapter (Gen. 12:10-20) we see Satan's next attempt to interfere with Abraham's seed, and frustrate the purpose of God that it should be in "Isaac". This attempt was repeated in 20:1-18.

This great conflict may be seen throughout the Bible, and it forms a great and important subject of Biblical study. In each case the human instrument had his own personal interest to serve, while Satan had his own great object in view. Hence God had, in each case, to interfere and avert the evil and the danger, of which his servants and people were wholly ignorant. The following assaults of the great Enemy stand out prominently :--

  • The destruction of the chosen family by famine, Gen. 50:20.

  • The destruction of the male line in Israel, Ex. 1:10, 15, &c. Cp. Ex. 2:5. Heb. 11:23.

  • The destruction of the whole nation in Pharaoh's pursuit, Ex. 14.

  • After David's line was singled out (2Sam. 7), that was the next selected for assault. Satan's first assault was in the union of Jehoram and Athaliah by Jehoshaphat, notwithstanding 2Chron. 17:1. Jehoram killed off all his brothers (2Chron. 21:4).

  • The Arabians slew all his children, except Ahaziah (2Chron. 21:17; 22:1).

  • When Ahaziah died, Athaliah killed "all the seed royal" (2Chron. 22:10). the babe Joash alone was rescued; and, for six years, the faithfulness of Jehovah's word was at stake (2Chron. 23:3).

  • Hezekiah was childless, when a double assault was made by the King of Assyria and the King of Terrors (Isa. 36:1; 38:1). God's faithfulness was appealed to and relied on (Ps. 136).

  • In Captivity, Haman was used to attempt the destruction of the whole nation (Est. 3:6, 12, 13. Cp. 6:1).

  • Joseph's fear was worked on (Matt. 1:18-20). Notwithstanding the fact that he was "a just man", and kept the Law, he did not wish to have Mary stoned to death (Deut. 24:1); hence Joseph determined to divorce her. But God intervened : "Fear not".

  • Herod sought the young Child's life (Matt. 2).

  • At the Temptation, "Cast Thyself down" was Satan's temptation.

  • At Nazareth, again (Luke 4), there was another attempt to cast Him down and destroy Him.

  • The two storms on the Lake were other attempts.

  • At length the cross was reached, and the sepulcher closed; the watch set; and the stone sealed. But "God raised Him from the dead." And now, like another Joash, He is seated and expecting (Heb. 10:12, 13), hidden in the house of God on high; and the members of "the one body" are hidden there "in Him" (Col. 3:1-3), like another Jehoshaba; and going forth to witness of His coming, like another Jehoiada (2Chron. 23:3).

The irruption of "the fallen angels" ("sons of God") was the first attempt; and was directed against the whole human race.
  • When Abraham was called, then he and his seed were attacked.

  • When David was enthroned, then the royal line were attacked.

  • And when "the Seed of the woman" Himself came, then the storm burst upon Him.

(*1) The word "offspring" in Acts 17:28 is quite different. It is genos, which means merely kin or kind, our genus as being originated by God.
(*2) In Hos. 1:10, it is not beni-ha-Elohim, as here, but beni-el-chai.

Women are humans too. BTW, Job was not Nephilim in case you thought he was.
Job 1:3 is talking about Job and his wealth. What does that have to do with son of God?

Genesis 1:27 "So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them."

What did He tell them?

Genesis 1:28 "And God blessed them, and God said unto them, "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, ad over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."

The above is not Adam and Eve.

Chapter two is a recap of chapter one, but showing exactly how Adam was created. And then Eve.
