Revelation doesn't change anything it brings out the literal reality of where we are, who we are and what the world will go through to truly experience the kingdom of God, here on earth as prophesied many times in the OT.

They were never promised a millennial kingdom. Jesus fulfilled the Kingdom promises at his first advent now continuing through the second advent, culminating in Israel's restoration in the New Heavens and earth. Even Abraham looked for a heavenly country based on the promises that far exceeded Canaan's capacity to accommodate them.

I need to take some time to consider all that you have said in your OP, but I thank you for it, and for the manner in which it was presented.

I wholeheartedly agree with the statement quoted above from that opening entry: That the Church which is the Body of Christ, ('the fullness of Him that filleth all in all'), is not 'The Bride of the Lamb', but is wondrously united with Christ their Head - Who, as you say, is 'The Bridegroom'.

The "Body" or "church" of Christ is Christianity, every Christian is part of the Body of Christ right now on Earth. Each are given their amount of knowledge and their spiritual gifts, but all Christians work as one body and guided by one Spirit...which is the Holy Spirit. While one person is a teacher and spreads the Word of God, he is not the entirety of the Body of Christ, as the person with the gift of healing is just as important part of the Body of Christ as the preacher. But they are all Christians, if they are Jew or Gentile, the 144,000 is a spiritual number referring to spiritual Israel and not to be taken literally just as the scorpions coming down to eat us alive is not literal.

The "Body of Christ" are the "virgins", all of us are preparing for the coming of the Lord. The wise Christians will study and learn how to be Christians, along with prepare themselves for the end times, this is the "oil" (as Christians are the light of the world, but can not have light without the means to create the light). The foolish Christians will not prepare that will have the rapture, the once saved always saved, don't need works. So they will have no oil to keep their light burning through the tribulation, and when Jesus returns as the "bridegroom" he will only take the wise Christians still burning their holy light. When Jesus returns and accepts the Christians as his chosen during his reign along with those that are chosen during the thousand years, they will become the "Bride of Christ". The Marriage between Jesus and Christians, is the gift of eternal life.

I'm not rejecting anything and I could very well be wrong but I think something that seems to be a major source of Christian identity should at least have a simple statement clarifying that fact and not be based upon some random scriptures that dance all around the subject yet never actually comes right out and definitively says it. Let me ask, as you seem to be passionate on the subject, if it ended up that the church wasn't the bride, what would that do to your faith?

The Holy Spirit does not mix His metaphors. The church which is the Body of Christ, is a company which is unique in so many ways, as a reading of the prison epistles of Paul will reveal ( namely: Eph. Phil. Col. 1 & 2 Tim. and Titus). It came into operation with the laying aside of Israel (temporarily) in blindness at the end of the Acts period. It's administration having been 'hid in God' prior to that (Eph. 3:9; Col.1:26). It's blessings and the sphere in which they will be enjoyed are different to that of Redeemed Israel, or of the Bride the Lamb's wife.

This is not humanistic reasoning as you claim, but written on the pages of Scripture.

This scripture is speaking of a time after the seven vials of wrath have been poured out; so from this verse alone the picture of the church as the pre-tribulational bride and our wedding being in heaven for the previous seven years has absolutely no foundation.

TWO Witness of God, WITH Gods POWER GIVEN THEM, shall be IN Jerusalem;
Testifying of God and Christ. They shall Testify for 3 1/2 years. They shall have POWER for 3 1/2 Year to KILL ANYONE who approaches them to STOP their TESTIFYING.
After 3 1/2 Years they are Killed and then Raised up by the Power of God and ascend into Heaven.

144,000 Virgin Jews with the SEAL OF GOD, SHALL MINISTER to the JEWS in Hiding from the Anti-Christ who has World Governance Power. Jews will begin Accepting Jesus...and KILLED, for Rejecting the Anti-Christ.

Once ALL "those" Jews are all KILLED, "THEIR" SAVED SOULS, Shall go to Heaven, and Praise God, Continually.

No, Christ's Church, SHALL NOT BE "ON" Earth, when the Tribulation and Wrath of the Lamb BEGINS.

Israel never attained the millennial-like kingdom that was promised to them. They had the opportunity but they blew it. Israel was never the "church" in the NT manner.

Well....OT Saints souls....were Saved, and their living souls sustained BY the TREE of Life, IN Comfort, IN Hell....since their bodily Death.

Once the FIRST FRUITS (Jesus' SOUL) descended INTO HELL....Those OT Saints "souls" were RISEN UP to Heaven....and have SINCE that time, been Experiencing Gods Kingdom...IN Heaven.

Christ's EARTHLY KINGDOM WAS LONG Ago ESTABLISHED....and LONG Ago PREPARED...
BUT shall NOT BECOME "MANIFESTED"...

UNTIL AFTER The LAND IS Cleaned up, and the People WHO Rejected God and Christ ARE Killed and destroyed OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH.

THEN shall Heaven OPEN UP and Descend from Heaven the MANIFESTATION of the Lords NEW Jerusalem / Kingdom / On Earth.... AND those with Christ who SHALL OCCUPY Christ's KINGDOM...WITH Him.

IMMORTALS Occupying Christs Kingdom.
AND
A remnant of RIGHTEOUS Mortals Occupying the Lands OUTSIDE of Christs Kingdom.
