The Wheat is Israel, remember the Parable of the Wheat & Tares? Jesus told Israel (Wheat) they would remain on earth with the tares until the VERY END !! Whereas we the Church go to be with the Lord BEFORE the end or 70th week comes. Jesus Harvests the Wheat into his Fathers barn.
The wheat is the alive Church that remains until the coming of the Lord. The dead in Christ is the barley harvest.
In the Three Harvest Jesus presents Israel as the Wheat, those who have to go through the tribulation before they can be sifted
The dead in Christ is the barley harvest. The alive that remain is the wheat harvest. The barley and wheat are the grain harvest and make up the Church. The twelve tribes, the seed of the woman are caught up at the sixth seal which happens at the fall fruit harvest.
Jesus displays the Three Harvests for all to see in The Harvest Chapter (Rev. 14).
No sir. The harvest in Revelation 14 occurs at the sixth seal. IT IS THE COMING OF JESUS IN MATTHEW 24......before the 1-year wrath of God.
This is the gathering from heaven and earth.
Mark 13
27 And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
The Church is gathered from heaven and the 12 tribes, the seed of the woman are gathered from the earth.
We see the Wheat awaits Jesus return where they can rule with Jesus during the Kingdom Age, BUT even though they are shown as the 144,000 awaiting in Jerusalem, the are actually awaiting in the Petra/Bozrah area, they are shown in Jerusalem because Jesus rules from Jerusalem with his 3.5-5 million brothers and sisters from Jerusalem for 1000 years.
The 144,000 are first fruits. This means there will be a harvest. The harvest of the 12 tribes occurs at the 6th seal. This is what you see in Revelation 14 which is why they are singing the song of Moses.
If I told you I went out to field and grabbed the first fruits of the harvest, these would be the first ripe of that harvest. If you saw that the first fruits were pumpkins you would know that the harvest will be pumpkins. Since the 1st fruits, the 144,000 are of the 12 tribes, you know that the harvest is of the 12 tribes.
Then we get the Wicked Grapes in verses 17-20, BUT....we also get a FLACHBACK to the Pre Trib Raptured Church in verse 14. Jesus from upon a cloud harvests the Church.
The coming of Jesus in Revelation 14 is not a flashback of the pretrib rapture. It is the coming of Jesus in Matthew 24 which occurs immediately after the tribulation.
Matthew 24
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days
shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
This occurs at the 6th seal.
Revelation 6
2 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake;
and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
When you are reading Revelation 13 and 14 you are back in the seals. Wrath is over at the 7th tumpet. Then you start back in the seals. The 1st 5 seals are the tribulation. Jesus returns at the 6th seal for the fruit harvest which is why you see grapes being tossed into the wrath of God. Then you get another view of the wrath of God.
There are Three Harvests that have celebrated Festivals,
Exactly
We do not care what the ORIGINAL PURPOSE WAS, when Jesus uses the Three Harvest Festivals to show how 1.) The Church is Harvested before anyone 2.) The Wheat or Israel is the Fathers Harvest, Jesus rules with his brothers from Jerusalem during the Kingdom Age. 3.) The Wicked are placed in the Wine-press of God's Wrath, so we get all three.
The dead in Christ rise first and go to heaven. The alive that remain will meet the Lord in the air along with the dead that now have new bodies. The alive Chruch is the wheat harvest. The fruit harvest is in the fall. The grain harvests are in the spring and summer. What will Israel say when they realize that they have missed the summer harvest.
Jeremiah 8
20 The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved.
Now, the Grape Harvest was also about Israel, but Jesus is using it here to show God's JUDGMENTS against the Wicked men of all the earth. Rev. 14 has all three harvests in it.
The wrath of God is getting to happen when you see the harvest of Revelation 14. This occurs at the 6th seal, as we see wrath getting ready to happen at that time. The 7th seal contains the trumpet of wrath. The vials is just addition info of what happens in the wrath of God.
True, but there are THREE HARVEST FESTIVALS Jesus is telling us about. Not one.
Exactly. Barley, wheat and fruit.
The 144,000 are of the Wheat Harvest, which comes AFTER the Barley Harvest.
The alive Church is the wheat harvest. Barley is the dead in Christ. This is the grain harvest.
The 6th Seal DOES NOTHING, no Seals do anything, they are only Prophetic in nature.
The 1st 5 seals are the tribulation. The 6th seal is the coming of Jesus. SEE MATTHEW 24 and Revelation 14. The seventh seal is the trumpets of the wrath of God.
The Wicked are KILLED HERE. It is the same as the TARES being BOUND and SAVED for fire later on.
In the parable of the wheat and tares the tares are gathered first. In Revelation 14 the righteous are gathered first.
This is simply telling us of the new birth of Israel, we are shown the Song of their Hearts. They are not in Heaven, how can Jesus rule from Jerusalem if the are all Raptured to heaven? You are taking prose and not realizing that it is merely prose.
The dead in Christ are raised 1st. This is the barley harvest. Jesus returns for the alive that remain and bring the dead with Him. This is the wheat harvest. Then the seals are opened. The first 4 seals are the beginning of sorrows and the four horsemen of the Apocalypse. The 5th seal occurs in the great tribulation. The sixth seal is the coming of Jesus for the seed of the woman. This is the fruit harvest and the gathering from heaven and earth. The seventh seal is the one year wrath of God. Wrath is over at the 7th trumpet. Jesus has returned and Armageddon is over as Jesus sets up His kingdom on earth. He reigns forever.
Revelation 11
15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying,
The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
When you are reading Revelation 13 and 14 you are back in the seals. The seals are the final week, though you keep claiming they are nothing, they are EVERYTHING. From the beginning of the week to the end of the week.
This is the great tribulation which puts you at the 5th seal.
Revelation 14
13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.
Then Jesus returns at the 6th seal IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE TRIBULATION
Revelation 14
14 And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
