When the Lord Returns for us - Israel are NOT His People, the Church. They are the People whom He foreknew - Romans
He will preserve and sanctify 1/3 of the nation Israel thru FIRE - the Day of Jacobs Trouble - Zechariah 13
They will be SAVED under One Covenant which is the GOSPEL of the Lord Jesus Christ.
The EXACT same way we are saved thru Christ - "no man comes to the Father but thru Me and no man comes to Me except the Father draw them = I will say, ‘This is My people' and each one will say, ‘The Lord(Jesus) is my God.’
They will NOT be raptured with the Body of Christ because they were NOT a part of His Body when He Returns (they were not saved).
The third of Israel whom the Lord saves from the surrounding nations will remain in the Land and thus fulfill the promise made to Abraham and prophesied thru Jeremiah.

I would add, that the reborn Israel will fully keep God's Sinai covenant, as they keep all the statutes and precepts, and He gives them the blessings of the covenant, to be the head of nations, a kingdom of priests, all of it.

I see the time of Jacob's trouble to be the great tribulation itself, as some of Israel, believing Jesus' prophecy to flee, are in the wilderness, while the remainder are persecuted in an attempt to destroy all of Israel. After the 2/3 are killed during that time, Jesus returns, stops the killing, and gathers His chosen nation to their land.

Immortal people don't reproduce. That was what Jesus taught. These are the children, the seed, and their children, who forever have God's word in their mouth. Again, this is a pretty simple passage to interpret if you just follow what it says.

So what does that tell you? Isn't there a way to understand this so that both passages remain true? It's when someone starts saying, It SAYS that, but it MEANS this, I know that it's not understood. Correct understandings resolve those conflicts.

So when we read about the church, no Greek or Jew, and then we read about the continuance of a nation of Israel, identified by tribes, restored to their promised land, a nation before God forever, we need to examine our own ideas to see where the conflict is, because it's not between these passages.

And Jesus rules the world from Jerusalem. And all the Israelites are priests on behalf of the entire world. Every cooking pot in Jerusalem is used to boil the sacrifice. We will have returned with Jesus, clothed in our resurrection life, our bodies made like His, to serve Him.
