John saw them and reported it.
Hard to believe you never saw that.
Plus paradise is depicted, according to Jesus ,with all the patriarchs under the earth, adjacent to hell.
Jesus took paradise (people) to heaven after he was raised from the dead.

It's strange, while common. Strange that Christians cannot get their heads around a concept clearly taught-- this idea of the kingdom of God being a realm within us, and also the idea that God dwells in us-- that we are essentially His body. His hands and feet and that He moves in and through us.

Yet common, in that it's almost universally rejected as an idea. Christians prefer to think of heaven as being 'somewhere else.' Somewhere 'up there' above the clouds, or out in space, where God and everybody has "body" and sits on thrones or lives in mansions-- a true gated community.

Sigh.

* Persons during their natural lives (body & soul) who rejected the Lord God…and bodily died having rejected the Lord God…are JUDGED.
* After Judgement (according to the Evidence In Gods Record Books)…
* They Who Rejected the Lord God…the Life in their soul….returns to God…and their Body and Soul destroyed and forgotten.

That's a good summation of how I learned it. You might have forgot one or two, lol. Like, when Jesus returns, he brings the saints with Him...That's a big one. How could He bring the saints with Him if they were not in Heaven with Him to start with?

The Saints ehich have died in Christ, it was their body that died. Their soul & spirit return to God without their dust body but with their consciousness!
I am not my body. That's just how other people know me, lol. I am inside this body and after it dies, "I" (my consciousness, personality, mind/will/emotions that are in my soul) go to God. Without a physical body but along with mind/will/emotions comes self. Me.

WHen He returns (for the rapture), he brings the saints with Him who have died in Christ (absent from the body present with the Lord) and they get to rejoin with their dead body's and instantly tranformed into our new spiritual body.

Or so it seems to me.

Come back to the present.
Tell us how it was.

The truth of your own (so to speak) direct experience is far, far more strange.

In direct experience, there is no ‘rememberer’. Memories simply appear, just as any other thought(s).

Time is never perceived (seen or heard), and arises only as thoughts… and perhaps an assumption time is actually seen.
