This is weird

I was reading an article today on the web and it referenced this video clip. The clip is film from the Egyptian riots. Some claim it is the first pale horseman though I see it is titled the fourth horseman. I'm not claiming that it's anything but it is weird. Look at the bottom of the video at time 1:17.

there are also 3 spots or specks of light that follow along behind .... upper and lower ..... so it is a reflected light or a transparency of some sort moving in front of the camera ..... or a reflection on the window the camera is looking through

my best guess anyway. Kinda neat though.
