I believe the Garden is in Heaven, because it talks in Revelation that the River of Life would flow from the tree of Life.
A little bit off - it flows from the sanctuary/throne and the tree of life is found on either side. That changes the meaning, although done unintentionally I am sure.Revelation 22:1-2And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.I don't like the scifi connotations of the word, but the concept is the best definition that we have; Eden is in a different dimension with the way guarded. We cannot see it or enter into it, but it's there.Since the tree of life is one Jesus, I think it could be in heaven, in that dimension, if you will.
