GOD is not speaking by His Word about the Planet Earth, but against the world of Devil and its evil and devilish works, so Dad is not correct and you are covering his mislead, unfortunately. In this case, your thinking is from human perspective, not from GOD's perspective.

15 And the kings of the earth (THE RULERS, ALL RULERS OF THE CURRENT NATIONS), the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid (will hide) themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
