More you praise the Mona Lisa the more you are praising Leonardo de Vinci!

Do you really think he would be upset to see you paying so much attention to his masterpiece?

Mary is God’s masterpiece!

All love honor reverence or devotion given to Mary is given to God who created her, and Christ who endowed Her “full of grace” Lk 1:28

Praise of Mary and the saints redounds to the Glory of Who created them, Lk 1:49 to Christ who redeemed them, and to the Holy Spirit who sanctified them with graces obtained by the merits of Christ! Source of Grace is Christ! Jn 1:16-17

Mary is the air we breathe!

Just a breathing is a sign of life, so devotion to Mary is a sign of life in Christ, and the spirit!

lk 3:2 did a book fall from the sky?

You were accurate that Jesus taught his apostles in person, however he did not instruct the "church" as the covenant did not go into effect until 50 days after his resurrection, and Jesus had returned to heaven to appear before God to present his sacrifice Heb 9:24 prior to the outpouring of holy spirit on Pentecost, which was the birth of the Christian congregation sir.

jn 3:5 born again

the text is in scripture but how do we interpret it?

Jn 3:5 born again by water and the spirit.

Does it mean “faith alone”? “Accept Jesus as your personal lord and savior”?

Or does it mean the Christian sacrament of baptism?

Born again is a term applied to those anointed by holy spirit to serve as Kings and Priests in the Kingdom of God Faith.

acts 2:42 rejects the doctrine of the “Bible alone”!

The Bible alone, is God's inspired word sir. It settles all matters. However Jesus did assign a faithful slave over the Congregation of God to shepherd them until his return. So yes we have to be obedient to them as they are the highest authority on earth, and disobeying them is the same as disobeying Jehovah, unless for some strange reason they ask you to do something unscriptural, then you have to obey God above man.

Does the RCC teach you that you are under the Ten Commandments?
Yes of course

the Ten Commandments are part of the eternal moral law

there were three parts to the law

moral
Jurisdictional
Ceremonial

the moral law is eternal
The jurisdictional law was taken from Israel Matt 23:41 and given to the church in the person of Peter Matt 16:18-19

the ceremonial law was fulfilled
So Christians are forbidden to practice Jewish feasts and fasts for example

I don't pray to the bed, but you knell and pray to Mary or do you deny that?

not adoration or worship or offering sacrifice

worship REQUIRES INTENT!

since I have no intent to worship Mary who is not God I do not do so

Certainly not the corrupt pope and his gang of cardinals. If the Lord sent Peter back to earth to clean house, he would drive out everyone from the Vatican.

Only the one who wrote it can interpret it

the church wrote it

the church alone can have the authentic authority to interpret

Interpretation provides meaning!

Meaning provides understanding!

Understanding produces unity!

Examples:

Text: a Fat sandwich man.

What does it mean: a fat man making sandwiches?

Or does it mean: a man making fat sandwiches?

No Hurry:

Does it mean we don’t have time so hurry up?

Or does it mean we got lots of time?

Seven spirits of God:

Does it mean there are seven holy spirits?
Or the seven gifts of the spirit?

Seven churches:

Does it mean there are seven churches?

Or the one church at seven different locations?

Jn 3:5 born again by water and the spirit.

Does it mean “faith alone”? “Accept Jesus as your personal lord and savior”?

Or does it mean the Christian sacrament of baptism?

Only the church who wrote the scripture in the first place has authority from Christ to interpret scripture! And teach all nations!

Dan 2: 44 And in the days of these kings (Roman Caesars) shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

Isaiah 2:2
And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.

Matthew 5:14
Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

Hebrews 3:1
Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;

Christ is an apostle, and has authority to send other apostles, the apostles also have this authority, so the apostles continue down thru the centuries as Christ promised! Matt 28:19-20

The Holy Spirit is not the author of spiritual anarchy!

but order in hierarchical authority of Peter and the apostles
No--stop, and listen. Cease and desist.

All of your lengthy response is of no credit to the church, but evidence against the church.

What I have already told you and compared Israel to the church, is the truth. And just as Moses set before Israel, life and death, so has Christ also set before the church. You know the passage:

When Jesus came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, saying, “Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?”
14 So they said, “Some say John the Baptist, some Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.”
15 He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”
16 Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
17 Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. 18 And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
20 Then He commanded His disciples that they should tell no one that He was Jesus the Christ
. Matthew 16:13-20

Jesus set before them "flesh and blood" (death) and the "Father" (life), and the early church fathers--not the apostles, chose flesh and blood. They chose the rock instead of the Rock. They chose the servant rather than the Master.

But do not misunderstand. This truth does not mean the church did not carry the water of the gospel to the ends of the earth--they did. What men have meant for evil, God has meant for good. Nor does it mean because they spread discourse that these many generations have lost their salvation any more than Israel lost their salvation. No, but it means these many generations have also wandered in the desert until death. They, the church fathers, are those who " did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved" 2 Thessalonians 2:11, And for this reason God will sent "them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie." They neither entered in, nor did they allow those who were entering to go in. Matthew 23:13, just as did the Priests of Israel.

This is the evidence you have presented.

And this, Peter foretold, saying:

But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. 2 Peter 2:1
And now you have the same choice: to follow Joshua, or die in the desert.

Why are all your posts about non scriptural things like the RCC denomination being the only Church, or the pope, or Peter or Mary. Why do you not present anything regarding Christianity?

these are Christian and biblical

I posted three threads in the praise forum check it out and nothing about Mary!

Nope, not true Bob. Your "correction" is pedantic. Your statements are not only opposite of what Jesus said (this IS my body/blood) and what Paul said (it IS a participation in the body/blood) and what the earliest historical Christian writings from men who were taught by the Apostles say (it IS his body/blood) and what your fellow original Protestant Revolutionaries from the 16th century taught and what some of your current Protestant denominations still teach. So for you to pretend this is a 'Bob Carabbio's interpretation vs The Catholic Church interpretation' is NOT TRUE!

Sorry to burst your bubble....Keeping it real....Mary

And as usual, you've "burst no bubble", and your ridiculous brainwashed rhetoric is totally ignored.

I don't have any questions of you.

But I will say and have said, that you have misunderstood what Christ clarified as "the church"--there is no flesh and blood included in His church, but only what is born of the spirit of God.

There is also no "succession", only commission...which men did, in spite of their misunderstanding.
