Who is Preaching Doom and Gloom?

Sinners say that preaching righteousness at all times, without making provision for the flesh to sin, are preaching gloom and doom.

To a sinner seeking self-justification by faith alone, that is true.

But what of preaching being born with a sin nature as a baby? And having a powerful sin nature unto death, that cannot be overcome at any time?

Preaching being in darkness from cradle to crave: That is gloom and doom indeed.

The gloom and doom preaching of being sinners from cradle to grave, of course, is not the gospel good news of Jesus Christ:

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

There is no temptation of man, that any man cannot overcome to love Jesus instead. Much less any sin nature born with forcing him to do so.

That is the gospel of Jesus Christ, which is all Light, and no doom and gloom sinning in darkness at all.

Brothers and sisters, the good news of Jesus Christ is that we don't need to sin anymore with guilty conscience towards God.

Covering the sinning by grace works for searing the conscience only.
