Did Mary reject Gods word and fail to multiply?
We're all blessed by believing what we have heard.
Irrelevant to the question: Where does it say -- anywhere in Scripture -- that Mary is queen?

it’s not absolute only a generalization like Matt 3:5 Then went out to him Jerusalem, and all Judaea, and all the region round about Jordan,
6 And were baptized of him in Jordan, confessing their sins.
did “ALL” Jerusalem go out?
We’re “ALL” baptized?
What is the matter with you?
. Try buying and reading a Bible that you can understand! I recommend the NIV or perhaps, in your case, The Message.
Who said a queen has to be a wife?
Solomon’s queen was his mother!
Jesus is king and Mary is queen!
David's mommy wasn't.In the line of David lk 1:32-33 the mother of the king is always queen
By "multiply" you mean have children? She had a number of children. So what is your point?

I trow not.

Matthew 3:5-6, " Then people from Jerusalem, as well as all Judea and all the region around the Jordan, were going out to him, and he was baptizing them in the Jordan River as they confessed their sins." NET
Jerusalem and all Judea and all the region around the Jordan are geographic areas from which people came to be baptized. It doesn't say all the people from those areas. Try buying and reading a Bible that you can understand! I recommend the NIV or perhaps, in your case, The Message.
