Why the cross actually saves

We believe that the sun will continue to shine because we have a promise from the word in Genesis 8:22 that nature is basically constant.

But for those without this promise, who may have read too many science fiction thrillers, they may not even have the faith for the sun rising tomorrow...after all, it could go supernova this very moment, from the perspective of those who do not know their Bibles (and amillenialists would also be subject to the same belief).

Nah. Tell that to a five year old...they are born believing....
They don't come to the "age of accountability " ...and suddenly they don't have the faith to believe that the sun will stay in the sky.
Everyman ....has been given a measure of faith.
