This is a very serious charge to make against anyone, let alone the Almighty. I believe, though, once the evidence is weighed, there will be no alternative but to bring this very grave charge against Him, and penalize Him accordingly. After all, if He has committed such an appalling crime, why should He be treated differently from anyone else? The charge for this crime of fraud has already been alleged by a multitude of people, so it’s about time that charges are written up, and a summons be given Him to appear in court to face these allegations.
Before this charge of fraud is laid, let’s see just what the term “fraud” means. For this, we will useThe World Book Encyclopedia, 1971, volume 7, page 421:
FRAUD is an intentional untruth or a dishonest scheme used to take deliberate and unfair advantage of another person or group of persons. Actual fraud includes cases of misrepresentation designed specifically to cheat others ... Actual fraud includes something said, done, or omitted by a person with the design of continuing what he knows to be a cheat or a deception. Constructive fraud includes acts or words that tend to mislead others ... Ordinarily, a person wronged by another’s fraud may sue the wrongdoer and recover the amount of damages caused by the fraud or deceit. But the person wronged must be able to prove damages ...”
In order to grasp how, when, where and why the Almighty allegedly committed fraud, it will be necessary to comprehend the various legal contracts in which He engaged Himself with Adam-man. These include (1) Edenic, (2) Adamic, (3) Noahic, (4) Abrahamic, (5) Mosaic, (6) Palestinian, (7) Davidic, (8) Solomonic, and, (9) The New Covenant. The New Covenant is the binding legal agreement for which the Almighty is alleged to have committed fraud.
Many today call themselves “New Testament Christians.” The single Greek word for both“testament” and “covenant” in the Strong’s Concordance is #1242. In other words, when one claims one is a “New Testament Christian”, one is, in effect, saying one is a “New Covenant Christian.” This Greek word #1242 is used 17 times as “covenant” and 11 times as “testament.” The word for“testament” or “covenant” in the Old Testament is #1285, b[sup]e[/sup]riyth, in the Hebrew, and means essentially the same thing as “testament” in the Greek. Whether you want to call them contracts, covenants or testaments, they all have some of the same elements and are binding legal instruments. The word“testament” or “covenant”, in the New Testament, is treated much like a man’s Last Will and Testament. In order for a Last Will and Testament to be effective, the testator must die. Therefore, when Messiah died, He made provisions for His named beneficiaries in His Last Will and Testament. Unless thebeneficiaries are named, any Testament is useless. In all legal binding agreements, contracts, compacts, covenants, testaments, treaties, trusts, or whatever, the parties thereto must be named.
Now, let’s take a look to see who Messiah named as beneficiaries in His Last Will and Testament. In the Old Testament, this can be found in Jeremiah 31:31, and at Hebrews 8:8 in the New.
Jeremiah 31:31: “Behold the days come, saith Yahweh, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah.”
Hebrews 8:8: “... Behold the days come, saith Yahweh, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah.”
Are we going to contest His Last Will and Testament, claiming the Redeemer must have been mentally incompetent when He made it because we don’t approve of who His beneficiaries are? Do you suppose we could rewrite the terms of His Will to meet our approval? For it would appear, if we are not of the House of Israel or the House of Judah, we have no legal claim to His Will.
Now, let’s take a look at this thing from a different perspective. Say, that a person of a family of several brothers and sisters found out their last surviving parent intended to leave him/her out of his Will. Say, this person slipped into the parent’shouse, found the Will, put it into a typewriter which could lift the print of the named beneficiaries off of the paper, and placed his/her name in their place. Would not this be considered fraud? Maybe this person had a substantial moral right to be named in the Will, but the last living parent didn’t see it that way. The question again is: would this be fraud? Maybe this person had done more for his/her parents than any of the others, but again, would this be fraud? Anyway one might want to look at it, it is out-and-out fraud!
Let’s now apply this same situation to the Last Will and Testament of Messiah, where He had named the House of Israel and the House of Judah as His beneficiaries. There have been hundreds, thousands, hundreds of thousands, and perhaps more who have tried to disenfranchise the names of The House of Israel and the House of Judah, and place“Gentiles”, “church”, “whosoever will”, and “all men” in their place!
Their excuse is: they say, that “God” gave up on the “Jews” and decided that, if they didn’t want to be “saved”, He would open the door to the “Gentiles.” Poor old “God”; can’t do anything right. So, what did the Almighty do according to these various pastors? He allegedly disenfranchised the names of the House of Israel and the House of Judah from His Last Will and Testament and inserted “Gentiles”, “church”, “whosoever will”, and “all men” in their place. Can we now see why“God” must be “indicted” and tried for fraud? Well, if one can’t trust “God” to keep His Word, who can one trust?
If the House of Israel and the House of Judah were the true beneficiaries of His Will, it would appear they have a very sound case against the Almighty in this lawsuit of fraud for name changes in the Will after the fact. I wonder how much damages the House of Israel and the House of Judah might sue for in such a case? I wonder if this could be considered a class action suit? If I were to be the legal advocate for either Israel and Judah or for “God”, I believe I would choose Israel and Judah in preference to “God”, as “God”, in this case, has little to no legal standing.
This brings up another sticky situation; for if the Last Will and Testament of the New Covenant can be broken by changing the names of the assigned beneficiaries, then all the aforementioned Covenants can also be broken, from Adam to Messiah. If this were the case, why did the Almighty even bother making covenants in the first place? What good is the New Testament if “whosoever” can break in and claim to be a party of the second part? If “whosoever” is the rightful heir; a New Testament wouldn’t have been necessary. How would you like it if you were named in a Will and the probate court designated “whosoever” as the beneficiary? Yet, this is exactly what the modern-day clergy in the churches are doing with the NEW TESTAMENT, thus making it a fraudulent document.
It is imperative we stress one more significant fact: If the New Covenant/ Testament was lawfully bequeathed to theHouse of Israel and the House of Judah, what right do any other entities have to that claim? It is obvious; they have no right whatsoever!
    CONTEXT

Now that we have identified the House of Israel and the House of Judah as the proper beneficiaries within the context of New Testament, let’s consider some of the other subjects which “surround” it. If you will look up the word “context” in the dictionary, it will tell you it means, “words surrounding a word or phrase.” In other words, the New Testament relates to the House of Israel and the House of Judah, and all other Scripture must “surround” or fit this concept. Let’s take a look at some of these Scriptures:
Acts 2:21: And it shall come to pass that whosoever shall call on the name of the Messiah shall be saved.
Under the rule that the New Testament must fit around or “surround” this, it must apply only to the House of Israeland the House of Judah. Anything else is criminal fraud!
Acts 17:26: And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation.
Here again, to be in context, this must apply only to the House of Israel and the House of Judah. From a first reading, it may not appear to be that way, but an Old Testament passage from which this Scripture is derived must be taken into account:
Deuteronomy 32:8: When the Most High divided to the nations their inheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the bounds of the people according to the number of the children of Israel.
When it says in Acts 17:26: “And hath made of one blood all nations of men”, it is not talking about all the men on the earth, but the Adamic-Israelites of the House of Israel and the House of Judah. If all men were descended from Adam, why would it be necessary to set boundaries to enforce the segregation of Israel and Judah from other peoples? When Acts 17:26 speaks of all nations (ethnos/goy) being of one blood, contextually it means the nations of Israel and Judah being of the same bloodline. Here again, to apply “all men” to someone other than the House of Israel or the House of Judah is criminal! - - - Yes, criminal!
Acts 11:18: ... Then hath Yahweh also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.
The term “Gentiles” is an unfortunate translation, and has become one of the greatest stumbling-blocks to our Bible understanding. Actually, the word in the Greek is “ethnos” from which we get the term “ethnic” today (check your dictionary). The Latin term “Gentile” is misapplied and only causes confusion as it can refer to an Israelite or non-Israelite within the context of the individual. (That “Gentile” is Latin, check any English to Latin dictionary.) In the Strong’sConcordance the so-called word “Gentiles” (the Greek ethnos) is #1484, which can mean (1) race, (2) tribe, (3) heathen, (4) nation, and (5) people; each to be applied in its proper context. The counterpart word in Hebrew is #1471, “goy”, and is translated in Genesis 17:4, 5 as “nations” where Yahweh promised Abraham: “... thou shalt be a father of many (goy)nations.” The proper context should then be “nations”, as most of the time (but not all) in the New Testament, when the word “Gentile” is used, it is referring to all the 12 tribes of Israel! Again, to place non-Israel “Gentile” names into His Last Will and Testament is criminal! Does your pastor imply “God” committed fraud? Why don’t you ask him!

Sounds like a lot of shlemiel to me.

Like all contracts those covenants came with conditions that had to be met by the party receiving the benefit.

All of the contracts you named culminated in Christ because he was the only one that kept them in good faith.

No one that I know of has said the Jews or the house of Israel are now left out. The faithful Jews were in fact first to enter the New Covenant in Christ. And the gentiles were after that called to be used to entice both as yet unbelieving Jews and the lost sheep of the house of Israel to jealousy.

You are all wet as to your definition of gentiles. We use the Biblical definition which plainly calls them "dogs of the nations".

Samaria only came to be called dogs when they were supplanted with men from the nations of the world.

Christ won the right to all those promises because he and he alone was faithful to those covenants unto death.

Now he applies those covenants to all those who have faith like that of Abraham out of any nation. The sore law-breaking losers who broke their contracts with God now are the one's accusing God of fraud. They refuse to accept that they were cast into the darkness on the outside. (They could repent and turn to faith so as to have a sharing if they would.) But their weeping and gnashing of teeth at those who acknowledge what God has done is what Jesus said they would do in that darkness on the outside.

People only see what they believe. That is why belief is so important. Therefore to have correct belief one must first learn to let go of all their beliefs, that they can see and hear and believe what God tells them to believe.

We do not believe a thing because we think it is right. We believe it only when God tells us it is right. When we believe before we know for sure what God has said, then we do not hear God to know what he said.

That is why the poor in spirit are the first to repent. Blessed are the poor in spirit. They are beaten down to the point where they do not know for sure what to believe anymore, thus they become able to hear God speak and they are quick to believe God and put faith in his word. These are the ones that have been broken in the hands of the potter that he can rebuild them.

Those that refuse to be broken will not allow God to rebuild them.

That sounds like foolishness, doesn't it.

What about non-Israelites groups of Japeth and ham?
    They were of Adam too?

Why didn't the Lord make scriptures easier to understand if most of us are getting it all wrong?
Why did he sift us among beast?

The covenants were only made with Israelites.. Its a solemn reality that not all people are 'chosen' to be Yahweh's governors here on earth. If the law and prophets applied to Israel under the Old Covenant, why then would all of that be discarded to be given to heathens?
The biblical definition of a word is whatever and however it was being used at the time of translation. For instance, the word 'prevent' in 1611 meant 'to anticipate' whereas today it means something totally different. So you use whatever definition you choose, but I prefer to use what best fits the context of the entire scripture. Sure, a word can mean many different things, but if we just choose whichever we like, we end up distorting what is actually being read. Thats why it is important to live by EVERY WORD, and not just the ones we like to hear.
Under the New Covenant, all Adamic people were redeemed under Christ. I keep stressing that the bible is the book of Adam(white man), and no one else. Yahshua Christ was a kinsman redeemer, to be a kinsman you must be of the same racial stock of a person, descended through the same family in a sense. Being that all whites come from Adam, we are all kinsmen, we are brethren. Biblical law states that your brethren could redeem someones property, or buy back. Yahshua redeemed us from death, as the wages of sin are death.
And Yahweh wanted the scriptures just as they are so that people could be separated in their beliefs. If everyone knew all truth, there would be no undertanding to be gained or knowledge to be increased. We are in those times when knowledge is being increased upon His people. To increase means to add to what was already there, so those who are preaching things like 'no devil doctrine' and Jesus isn't God in the flesh, are doing the contrary, they are taking away from scripture. But we can only add what Yahweh God reveals to us, there is no room for private interpretation, to do so goes against biblical mandate, to never add to nor take away from the word.
And, if we never got it wrong, we couldn't reason together within scriptures like we are to understand truth. Those of us who are called out, recognize the goats, and the tares. We see their works and judge them accordingly.
And, Vengle, as far as believing what you see, explain to me Yahweh speaking to me in my dreams? Explain how i went from being a standard judeo-Christian, church on Sunday and Wednesday, to finding my way into BI, then Christian Identity? Why would i choose to move from the most accepted form of Christianity to the most hated, without God leading me there? I feel as though all Christianity(were Adamic people are concerned) has bits of truth, and through our animosity towards anything outside of our own paradigm, we push each other away rather than come together.
Too many denominations, we're all Christian aren't we? The dual seedline message in CI is what gives me faith that I am on the right path. Blessings be to Yahweh that He gave me sight. Gen 3:15 is where it starts, and there is no logical explanation outside of a 'serpent seed' unless one wants to spiritualize it away, along with so much else in scripture.
We are sifted among the beast because of our disobedience to His law. "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
This is a condition, IF my people....THEN will I hear from heaven. Also, MY people, this very peculiar people that He chose for Himself long ago. The Israelites. Rest assured, Yahshua is not going to cast His bread to the dogs, so only His sheep will hear the true message in the bible. All of the other non-Adamic/Israelite people are only believing what they have conjured in their minds from our own teachings. Even the dogs eat the crumbs from the masters table...

I don't understand why the dogs are eating better than many of his children today and off of Jacobs labors.

Esau has taken dominion and pushed Jacob aside.
They are making many problems for Jacob's seed.
How long will our redeemer allow this?

And they shall become the head, and you shall become the tail. All of it is fulfillment of prophecy brother. The Serpent was to crawl on its belly and eat dust, Adam man was made from the dust of the ground. We can certainly see those in this world that live off of Adam mans knowledge and work ethic and resourcefulness. And you can see that Adam man is now struggling to make ends meet, while those that have hated him through the ages sit in places of power and hold dominion over them.

Until these sheep, likened to so many in this forum, wake up, these things will only get worse. Think about it, there is going to be a tribulation for Yahwehs children, are these the beginning days of that? We will only know with time, as time proves all things.

He will return, but not until all is fulfilled.

You will be puzzled right to the finish. That was prophesied also.

When man does not humble their selves to see that they are wrong they believe they are right all the way to the end.

It does not have to be that way.

Not one word of the legal case Israelsson makes escapes me. I understand everything he said. But I am also aware of things that he and those who agree with him refuse to see.

That is not God's fault. That is not my fault.

If you could really have a conversation, by emptying yourselves enough to listen and not just tell, then you would find the answers that are so clear there is no need at all to be puzzled by anything that is.

God is good. God has enlightened his faithful.

And I should add that part of truly being faithful is being humble enough to hear him. If you are filled with belief apart from his spirit you cannot do that.

The Biblical facts are that God cut off the dead unbelieving branches of Israel, and kept the believing branches of Israel, and then joined with them the believing branches of the Gentiles to form Christ's Church. Apostle Paul used the term "commonwealth of Israel" (Eph.2) to describe that as one body in Christ Jesus.

So Christ's Salvation is not just to Israel only, but to believing Gentiles also, as we all are the children of God. God's promises to Israel are still intact today, through believing Israelites. And the Gentiles are joined with them under Christ Jesus.

But, I don't refuse to see anything really. I am open to anything Christian, as long as it is in line with scriptures from start to finish. My understanding of the 'gentiles' is what really separates me I guess.

A commonwealth according to the Websters 1928 English Dictionary is "1. An established form of government, or civil polity; or more generally, a state; a body politic, consisting of a certain portion of men united by compact or tacit agreement, under one form of government and system of laws. This term is applied to the government of Great Britain, which is of a mixed character, and to other governments which are considered as free or popular, but rarely or improperly, to an absolute government. A commonwealth is properly a free state; a popular or representative government; a republic; as the commonwealth of Massachusetts. The word signifies strictly, the common good or happiness; and hence, the form of government supposed best to secure the public good."

Europe, America, and Australia were all predominately caucasian in there start. They founded the basis of their laws and public ordinances on Christian principles, many of which are lost in todays society. Europe was a commonwealth not because of kingship or territorial control, rather, the western European countries were all Christian. Trying their best to live under Gods law until 'evil crept in unawares'. Now all of these nations are a breeding ground for universalism, racial diversity, and big government, with few people that really care about Christianity.

So to me, through definition AND application of Holy writ, a commonwealth is a people of a common faith, government, and bloodline. No matter how one negates it, the fact stands that race was very important to Yahweh God from stem to stern. He chose His people, Israel, because they were pure in their bloodlines, Christ came through this bloodline ONLY to the House of Israel. These 'gentiles' were merely caucasians that weren't of Israel's bloodline. In Christs time, do you really think that the apostle Paul cared what the Africans, Asians, or the Muslims believed? Almost all of Pauls writings are to the dispersed tribes of Israel...

The Africans to this day have very little care for Christianity, as they commit genocide and practice cannibalism to this very day. The Asians, especially the Chinese, will lock you in prison for even proclaiming Christianity in their land! It just doesn't seem logical that the races that never accepted Christianity in the first place, would somehow be accepted into the Kingdom upon the 2nd advent. Caucasian missionaries have been going to these countries for hundreds of years trying to 'convert' these heathen pigs, often times being the main course for dinner instead of looked to as teachers of truth.

Only in America really, do we see many races practicing Christianity, and many want to put their own spin on the teachings of Christ because it DOESN'T include them. While there are many 'good' blacks, asians, and hispanics, statistically they are degenerate as a generalization. Do these Christians that are non white deserve salvation? I would like to think so, only because they choose to be a better person than the rest of their kinsmen. But there are so many that choose to rape, murder, and poison the streets that I can't look at them as children of God. Gods only children were the Adamic peoples, as you can read He gave Adam the breath of life, His spirit to dwell within him.

We blush out of shame, a gut feeling that we've done something against Gods will. If I were to murder or rape or steal, I could not get over that feeling of guilt. But many non whites act without a concious, seemingly unashamed of anything. For instance, Oliver the 'humanzee' was on display in Japan, and a Japanese girl actually wanted to sleep with it, on national television. Could you imagine being an exhibitionist for such an abomination? She apparantly cared little for what others thought of her. We can see examples of this in Kama Sutra and other heathen practices that are pushed upon our people.

So again, gentiles are Adamic in origin, just as the Israelites are.

Through the Messiah we are grafted into Israel. We are the 10 lost tribes that have been sifted through the nations.

You say we but there are some that aren't in that group of the 12 tribes.

It was 12 tribes that were mentioned in James 1:1 as being scattered abroad.
I know it's common to say 10 lost tribes but, it was all 12 tribes that were scattered.

I must have missed your comment earlier, Veteran.

    That is right.

Covenants like as the one God made with David are fulfilled in Christ which is very easy to prove. We see in Acts that Jesus was given David's throne by God. (Acts 2:29-30; Romans 1:3) The fact is that all the covenants are fulfilled in Christ. None of them will fail for that very reason.

It is important for us to see that the promise to become a special possession of God and a nation of kings and priests was given to Israel under that Old Law Covenant. And then we need to remember that law killed all under it due to sin. (Romans 5: 12-13; 2 Corinthians 5:14) There can be no continuation of the Old Covenant for those that the Law condemned and whom God declared legally dead as the just penalty of that Law. (Ephesians 2:, 5; Colossians 2:13)

That is what Paul speaks of at the beginning of Romans chapter 7, comparing it to the dissolving of a marriage contract by death that by God's grace they now have opportunity to wed (enter a new marriage contract) with another, that one of course being Christ. (Romans 7:1-4)

Those therefore that try to hang onto that Old Law are as a wife trying to have two husbands. Because that Law was like a husband over them as it had dominion over them. That is what Paul tells us at Romans 7:1.

This is the first place we should begin when dealing with those that have faith in Christ but are confused as to why we no longer have an obligation to the letter of that Old Law Covenant. We receive our law now from the law of the spirit of life in Christ regulating in our hearts. (Romans 8:2; Galatians 5:16) That spirit of life in Christ is godly love. (Romans 13:8, 10) God is love. (1 John 4:8, 16)

There is much to this subject and so for progress to be made at understanding it, our listener has to be interested enough in knowing the full gospel of Christ that they would work patiently through many bite sized lessons with us. Those that won't are revealing the true condition of their hearts.

There is merit to what you say...but the 10 northern tribes did not keep their identity as Israelites...they were outcasts. The Jews as we know (of Judah) kept their identity in the diaspora.

That is what we're led to believe. I don't think most people that call themselves Jews today are of Judah. some Jews even admit it.

Under the heading of “A brief History of the Terms for Jew” in the 1980 Jewish Almanac is the following: “Strictly speaking it is incorrect to call an Ancient Israelite a ‘Jew’ or to call a contemporary Jew an Israelite or a Hebrew.”

    — 1980 Jewish Almanac, p. 3 (the writer is obliquely referring to the true history of the Eastern European Ashkenazim, or Khazars). Ashkenaz was of Japeth

Jer 49:15 For, lo, I will make thee small among the heathen, and despised among men.

We as Christians should not have that kind of outlook, because it tends to go around Bible Scripture of Christ's Salvation going to the Gentiles also. In Sudan, when many Christian converts were put under the knife and slaughtered by Muslims, thousands more converted to Christ Jesus. In Communist states like Russia and Red China, its governments have been concerned because of so many of its peoples converting to Christianity. It's for that reason those Communist governments have decided to allow an outward Christian Church governed by the state, requiring all Christians to belong to it only. And because of that, Christians in those states are holding church in their own homes, and being persecuted for it, pastors jailed, etc. So if the tribulation has already begun, it definitely has begun in foreign nations outside the West for those peoples.

One can always look at a group of people that are doing wickedness and try to say that's the way they all are, but that's a generalization in ignorance. Just as many white people that come from traditional Christian families are falling away to wickedness too.

God made many promises and covenants to the seed of Israel that didn't involve the giving of His law through Moses. The Abrahamic covenant is one such covenant. God's promise to David that there would never fail a man to sit on his throne unto all generations is another one of those promises. Many of those promises directly involve God's Birthright promise He first gave through Abraham, which was around 400 years prior to the giving of the law through Moses. So we should know to keep those things well separate, and be able to see their establishing on earth still today among His people, which includes the believing Gentiles.

This is one of Apostle Paul's messages per Eph.2 given to the believing Gentiles involving this very matter of how those promises and covenants still exist per The New Covenant...

    Eph 2:11-13
    11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
    (KJV)

Gentiles, who were at one time "strangers from the covenants of promise", are now "made nigh by the blood of Christ." That is New Covenant doctrine, not Old Covenant doctrine.

Thus it is wrong to try and assign everything God promised back in the Old Testament Books as being tied to the Old Covenant. Many brethren today even confuse the label 'Old Testament' with the idea of the 'Old Covenant'. And what that actually reveals is their lack of Bible study back in the Old Testament Books to know just what those "covenants of promise" are about, separate from the Old Covenant and law.

There can be convincing in many words; whether or not is truth.

David's throne was given to Christ at his baptism by John.

David's throne was handed to a man who actually could live, and who actually could pass it on to living seed.

You just have not thought it all of the way through.

And as for what you said about the law; think about the post you referred to again.

You are either dead to that law or it is a lie that you are in Christ and he dominates in your life.. If you are under law as in that Old law, it has dominion over you. If you are in Christ then he alone should have dominion over you. You do not look back to that law in a way to do by the carnal mind a rote obedience to it. Because your carnal interpretation of how it is supposed to be applied will lead you into conflict with how the holy spirit correctly says it should be applied.

Don't resist the obvious just because you previously failed to notice it.
