Your seed of faith, does not have to be perfect!

Hi there,

So I finally came to the end of myself: about my faith.

I realised the seed of my faith, the thing that needs to die: does not have to be perfect.

As long as I have faith in my seed, however imperfect, that faith will germinate and grow (without me knowing exactly how - Mark)

This gives room for the Holy Spirit to move!

Gottservant, that bit about the seed not having to be perfect is really freeing. I spent a long time thinking my faith had to be tidy before it counted, and it just wore me out. Jesus said in Matthew 17:20 that faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains, so it's the size of the trust, not how polished it looks. He's the one who makes it grow anyway. Praying that anyone who feels their faith is too messy would rest in that today.
