We are born from God, and that is never undone.
Except when it is undone. Then you claim the person was never REALLY born from God.

We are born from God, and that is never undone.
Our rebirth from God makes us new people, who act differently.
"Lip Service", as you call it, or a profession of faith, but you aren't actually trusting Jesus,
Sin has been condemned in the flesh, and we are reborn spirit.
I am aware that's the only way that you are able to understand that.So you are saying in effect that he was by his confession? That otherwise he won’t be saved? Well,...good for the thief that he was not mute.
In saying, "We must have good works",
No, that is not the definition of 'believer'.Believers -- by definition -- will keep on believing. So what's your problem?
being a new person is something done entirely for you by God.
That would be in your opinions of your perceptions of someone, right?Where we differ is when people don’t act differently anymore.
I doubt it is a cult, but because of the box in which one was taught to see through it may seem to have that cultic aspect.Agreed. They don’t have the Spirit of the Lord, which is where Liberty will be found. And they certainly do not possess the Fruit of the Spirit!
You know this due to the many name calling posts. They should be ashamed of themselves. People are not saved by having right doctrine.
Believers with different doctrines should be treated as beloved brothers, not enemies because they are not enemies of Christ.
Why, was there in those scriptures that says that they have indeed cast out demons, prophesied, and done many wonders? Was there in those scriptures that tells us if it was the work of God that was performed through them? If there be any indication regarding that, can be found in v.23.Are you really saying none of these "MANY" who did all these things in the Name of Jesus were NEVER saved? How utterly ridiculous!Tong2020 said: ↑
Please don’t say that about the truth that in Christ, the child of God is safe and secured by faith.
Matthew 7:22-23 (NKJV)
22 Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?'23 And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'
I mean, there ARE people who claim to trust in Jesus, but later reveal it wasn't real for them. I remember a friend in high school, her words, I tried Jesus, but He didn't work for me.
When do you think God "undoes" begetting a child?
Yes He keeps us saved but how?Yes.
The Same God who saved us with the Blood of Jesus, keeps us saved with the blood of Jesus.
How is it you would know whether someone has been "unborn" from God?
Yes He keeps us saved but how?
God gives us many assertive statements which assure us the end result of our salvation is actually being saved.
One thing is sure, Jesus never knew them.It means those folks had themselves fooled into thinking they were saved by relying on their own works.Tong2020 said: ↑
So what do you regard their saying “ Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?”.
When they return to the sins of the flesh. Specifically, when they fail to repent of their sin.
My answer was after my question...The blood of Jesus saved us, 2000 Yrs ago.
The application of this Blood Atonement, happens the instant we "believe on the Lord".
So, being born again, is proof of Salvation and its proof that you have eternal life.
To "walk in Him" isn't about being good, but rather its about having the right type of faith that IS to walk in Christ.
All sin is gone, as it was resolved by Jesus.
What isn't resolved, is how we learn to exist in the right mind.
We are accountable for this situation, which is why we are told to "renew" our mind.
This is our part.
