This is ALL TRUE what you said and quoted here friend.

Now all you need to do is be Born-Again by the Spirit of God so that you can be Placed in His Body which is the True House of God.

ALL man-made buildings that men call 'churches'/houses of worship are falsehood and a lie and God will NEVER dwell in them.

What causes conflicts and quarrels among you? Don’t they come from the passions at war within you? You crave what you do not have; you kill and covet, but are unable to obtain it. You quarrel and fight. You do not have, because you do not ask. And when you do ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may squander it on your pleasures. You adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore, whoever chooses to be a friend of the world renders himselfc an enemy of God. Or do you think the Scripture says without reason that the Spirit He caused to dwell in us yearns with envy? But He gives us more grace. This is why it says:

“God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Grieve, mourn, and weep. Turn your laughter to mourning, and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will exalt you.

you can only be born again by baptism!

Water baptism is an outward obedient act done in faith by one who is called and of age in God.
Infant water baptism cannot save anyone.

No one is Born-Again apart from the Holy Spirit - no one.

For the obedient act of water baptism to be accepted by God the individual must be of age to understand as it is a conscious decision of Faith.

God is in control - not man.

But don't you accept that there are still apostles and apostolic ministries today?

That may be your opinion but are you infallible?

Exactly. So stop telling God what he can or cannot accept.

you and i are fallible - God's Word is infallable.

Every word of God is flawless;
He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him.
Do not add to His words,
lest He rebuke you and prove you a liar.
Proverbs 30:5-6

the LORD says:
"It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life."

No. There were only the Twelve chosen Apostles where Judas was replaced with Paul.

Now, there may be apostleship leaders, but they DO NOT hold office as the Twelve.

There is only one way for that to be verified as well.

Spiritual Fathers have care for our souls!

Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

Jn 21:17 feed my sheep:

Heb 13:7 Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.

Heb 13:17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they care for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.

1 Tim 1:2 Unto Timothy, my own son in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord.

Gal 4:19 My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you

1 John 2
My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not.

That makes Paul and John spiritual fathers, pastors of our souls!

I have no objection to referring to Mary as the blessed virgin Mary, because every saint in Christ Jesus presented to the Lord, shall be a blessed and chaste virgin (2 Cor 11:2).

All that abide in Christ therefore can be fairly addressed as the blessed virgin 'so and so'.

The only One in heaven that is and ever shall be noticeably and visibly distinct from all others is Jesus, who stands as a slain Lamb in the midst of the throne(Rev 5), i.e. the prints and marks of His crucifixion shall remain in His resurrected body for all to see, as a perpetual reminder of His cross.

Other than Himself, the 12 Apostles of the Lamb, aside from Judas and including Paul, shall be specially remembered in the foundation stones of heavenly New Jerusalem, having their names written in them. Likewise the names of the 12 tribes of Israel shall be remembered by being written on the gates of the that City.

Other than these examples, I see no other blessed saint with Jesus in heaven that is recognized by God as 'special' to Himself and His ministry. None shall be better or worse, higher or lower, honored more or less, nor specially named than any other...

Does anyone know why believers in Jesus are so intent on falsely making Mary a 'perpetual' virgin on earth after she gave birth to Jesus? I know it is a false teaching and woefully vain worshipping, but my question is why?

Cos truth matters Jude 1:3
Revealed by Christ and taught by His holy church

Truth must be revealed by God thru Christ to His church (the apostles Jude 1:3) then must be proposed by the church, (Matt 28:19 gal 3:23) without error by the Holy Spirit! (Jn 16:13)

what about
Immaculate conception?
Mother of God?
Queen of heaven ?
Mother of our salvation?

mandate defending the truth about Mary is not worship or adoration or offering sacrifice
No idolatry

Mathias replaced Judas not as a Apostle by Christ but by the Apostles drawing Lots.

The official replacement for Judas came on the Road to Damascus, as the LORD Himself appeared to Saul, Authorized his Apostleship, Sanctified him and Baptized Him in the Holy Spirit.
