Mary was married to Joseph. Their marriage was never divorced or annulled as God hates divorce.
Joseph and Mary fulfilled their marriage vows as husband and wife before God and had children together.

Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron, forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving; for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer. 1 Timothy 4:1-5

you depart from the faith revealed by Christ and taught by the apostles acts 2:42 Mary’s perpetual virginity included!

Truth from a former RCC disciple: The Vatican is a den of thieves, murders and false apostles - wolves in sheeps clothing

God calls to His Children to come out of her - NOW

Then I heard another voice from heaven say:

“Come out of her, My people,
so that you will not share in her sins
or contract any of her plagues. For her sins are piled up to heaven,
and God has remembered her iniquities."

the LORD JESUS says “Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches." Revelation
It was that verse that made me leave the traditional Church of England and join a house church,

Jesus is in the very least making Mary John’s spiritual mother! And if the apostle John needs a spiritual mother so do we!

Yes, Idolaters do need their idols to be idolaters. That is true.

Only the flesh of the man Christ Jesus was by the woman Mary: The Son of God, God the Son, was never made by the woman, which is the idolatrous need for the 'Immaculate Conception' to prepare a Woman for becoming such.

The Son was born of God the Father, and so made of God by a woman: His body was made of a woman by God the Spirit working in her flesh. He was able to do so, because she was a good woman that believed Him, when He told her He would do so, even as Abraham believed God would give him seed by Sarah.

Though Abraham was past dead, yet produced a son by Sarah, so Mary was virgin, yet produced the body of Jesus by God the Spirit.

Mary gave birth to the flesh that Jesus came in, not to Jesus Christ the Son of God who came in the flesh: He was begotten of God the Father only, not by God the Mother, not by a Woman.
This is the Nestorian heresy that was refuted in the 4th century. But you would never admit it.

The only other one to be gotten of God only, and not born of a woman, was the first Adam.

Conclusion:
The reason so much 'diversity of understanding' exists with men and woman, is because so many men and women argue Scripture from their own minds, rather than proving Scripture by Scripture only, Sola Scriptura, and so have absolutely no clue what they are talking about in the true things of God.
Twenty One Reasons to Reject Sola Scriptura
I.e. No Christians believing in Jesus according to the Scriptures, should care one bit about what people think about Jesus, including themselves, unless Scripture plainly shows and proves it about Him.

The 'sacred traditions' of Romanism in the church is idolatry. Believing Jesus is the Christ and Son of God in the Catholic church is not.

Sincere believers of idolatrous Romanism only do so, because they do not hold Scripture as above all other traditions.
"Romanism" is another cheap insult that proves you have no clue what sacred traditions means. The authority of Scripture is also a sacred tradition. Should that tradition be scrapped to appease ignorant bigots who don't know what they are talking about???

The tree of the knowledge of good and evil is the belief that there can be traditions of men, not found plainly in Scripture, that can hold as much Scriptural authority of the true God Jesus Christ.
Since when does the tree of the knowledge of good and evil have anything to do with sacred traditions (that you know nothing about?) It looks like another one of your stupid inventions.

The only true authority of Jesus Christ is Scripture, which is the only place we find His true doctrine.
"The only true authority of Jesus Christ is Scripture" is not found anywhere in Scripture. It's a man made tradition.
This post has been reported as "anti-Catholic hate speech". Do you feel the same way towards blacks and Jews? It's bigotry like this is the reason why threads get shut down. Knock it off.
You throw the term "idolatry" around pretending to know what it means as well. You don't.

i am a former Roman Catholic church disciple and anyone who seeks to deceive thru religion against the word's of Christ & the Apostles is anti-christ.

i follow the teachings of Saint Peter the Apostle who says:

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, receiving the end of your faith—the salvation of your souls.

Of this salvation the prophets have inquired and searched carefully, who prophesied of the grace that would come to you, searching what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ who was in them was indicating when He testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow. To them it was revealed that, not to themselves, but to [e]us they were ministering the things which now have been reported to you through those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven—things which angels desire to look into.

Living Before God Our Father
Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”

And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in fear; knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you who through Him believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.

The Enduring Word
Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart, having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever, because

“All flesh is as grass,
And all the glory of man as the flower of the grass.
The grass withers,
And its flower falls away,
But the word of the Lord endures forever.”

Now this is the word which by the gospel was preached to you.

HOW MANY different responses of their “Understandings”....do you think you would get From asking each diverse individual....What does.......”made from a woman MEAN” ?

Since Scripture said it, then the understanding of it must be from Scripture:

Disagree. Scripture is Knowledge. Understanding the Knowledge of Gods Word is given men from God.

Rightly dividing the Word of truth begins with rightly dividing between what is written and what is not:

Agree. And thereafter proper application to that which it does apply.

1. What is not written:
No Scripture says Jesus was born of a woman. No Scripture says Mary was the 'mother' of Jesus the Christ and Son of God. No Scripture speaks of Mary giving birth to 'her son' Jesus. No Scripture speaks of Mary ever calling Jesus her son, or referring to Him as 'son'.

Therefore, 'made of a woman' is different from becoming a son born of a woman.

Disagree. What is not written is not a conclusion of therefore.
What is written, is the knowledge.

Scripture makes a clear distinction between the two, and so the real question is, why?

2. What is written:

Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne.

Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh.

Scripture teaches being 'made of a woman' is after the flesh only:

Disagree.

Mary gave birth to the body prepared of Her flesh

Disagree.

Mary was birth mother to the body of Jesus ...

Agree.

The Son did not come down from heaven to born of a Woman,

Agree.

The only true authority of Jesus Christ is Scripture, which is the only place we find His true doctrine.

Agree.

Gal 4:
[4] But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law....

John 1:
[13] Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

In brief;
God sending forth His Son....reveals, His Son was IN Heaven, IN God, and came forth out from God IN Heaven, and was SENT to Mary’s virgin womb, ON Earth.

Something Alive coming forth out from something Alive...IS BORN.

To NOTE...an Angel approached Mary, told her of Gods desire....and?
Mary Agreed.

Jesus, (ie Gods Word), God called Gods Son, was (not Created), but God prepared a body for WHEN the fullness of Time (according to God), God SENT the prepared body, (in the LIKENESS AS a man) TO Mary’s Womb.

Mary’s flesh had NOTHING to DO WITH WHAT GOD SENT.
Made of a woman, “according to the Law”....What Law?

* Law of nature? No. Her seed was not fertilized.
* Law of nature? Yes. 9 months in the womb.
* Law of man? Jewish Man? Yes. A son born forth out of a Jewish woman’s womb, is a Jewish Child, specifically of the tribe of Judah.
* Law of man? Gentile Man? Yes. Common patriarch of Jews, Gentiles...is Abraham.
* Law of God? Yes. That flesh body God Prepared, must DIE, as all flesh body’s born ON Earth, must DIE.
* Law of man? Yes. Jewish law, of blasphemy “desired”.
* Law of man? Yes. Roman Gentiles, prisoner exchanged including sentence of original prisoner.

WHY was Mary’s womb Favorable?
* Fullness of Time according to God.
* Mary a Jew from Judaea.
* Mary faithful to God.
* Mary a virgin.
* Mary betrothed to Joseph.
* Joseph of the direct line of the House of David.
* Direct and Faithful Descendant of king David, the only one qualified to sit on king David’s ever lasting throne.
* king David’s ever lasting throne, established By God.
* Gods Law...Mary and Joseph Married...one flesh.
* Mans Law..a child born forth from Mary, wife of Joseph, made that child, a direct descendant of the House of David. Ie king David.
* Mary & Joseph foretold, of the supernatural pregnancy, by the act of God,
a birth of a son, he shall be named JESUS, he “shall be” called the Son of God, (Jesus’ age 30), “he shall” Save His People. (On going)
* Mary & Joseph become, noted for their obedience to God.
* Jesus known at age 12 to be with Mary & Joseph traveling to be recorded in
(According to Mans Law of Jews) in a counting census of people.
* Joseph did according to Gods Will, fades out of significance in Text.
* Mary presumed widow with children, mentioned a few times in Text...
Guest at a wedding. Outside, when Jesus is preaching Inside. Jesus’ crucifixion. Present with Jesus’ disciples after Jesus’ ascension, when they all received Baptism of the Holy Spirit.
* Mary’s significance fulfilled.
* Jesus Teaches, Preaches, on the streets, in the Temple, has men and women followers, they hear first hand his teaching. (not including Mary, wife of Joseph)
* The Disciples of Jesus sent forth to teach on behalf of Jesus.
* The Highlight is all about Jesus, His teaching, His offerings.
* Numerous characters are mentioned by Name in Scripture, their tasks to fulfill Gods Will, their willingness to accomplish fulfilling, (or not)...their significance in relation to Jesus...their significance faded out.

The Highlight is Exclusively ALL ABOUT He whom God Sent forth.
John 16:
[27] For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.
[28] I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.

Glory to God.

The closest Jesus Christ is the son of anyone other than the Father is as the 'son of man'.

As the second Adam He was the son of man, unlike the first Adam was on the son of God.

The second Adam was not the son of any specific man nor woman.
This is the Nestorian heresy that was refuted in the 4th century. But you would never admit it.

Since I dont' know what it is, then I won't. But if Mary idolaters hate it as heresy, then it must be true.

This post has been reported as "anti-Catholic hate speech".

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the Catholic church that preaches Jesus Christ and Him crucified, and there is everything wrong about them that try to add sacred traditions of old Roman Vesta in the name of Mary to the doctrine of Christ.

Your anti-Catholic charge is a false accusation, which means nothing to me. I have spoken with the moderators, and I only reject heresy of sacred traditions about Mary, not the Catholic Church that preaches Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

The truth of what is written so soundly from Scripture, obviously has you gnashing of teeth, as they did to Stephen.

Do you feel the same way towards blacks and Jews? It's bigotry like this is the reason why threads get shut down. Knock it off.

I don't 'feel' anything about anyone. I only dispute doctrine of Christ according to the Scriptures.

Playing the 'bigot' card is the last resort of the unrepentant, who can no longer argue against the truth, except of course to simply repeat tired old mantra ad nauseam.

You don't want a thread that is supposed to be so hateful to you to be shut down?? And yet you try to do so by reporting for hate speech??

That doesn't make any sense.

No, you want the truth shut down, again.

After all, you can start a thread anytime about your ever-Virgin Mother Mary of God. I have suggested you do so before, and you stay only here, unless you are hijacking other threads to do so, which you have gotten shut down several times.

You even have my promise I won't post there. I would look in to gather more[proof of heresy about her, but I wouldn't bother posting in your 'love thread'.

I will no longer be replying personally to your posts. Once someone becomes a false accuser of the brethren, I no longer have fellowship with them, except they repent and 'knock it off'.

Why according to the scriptures?

Christ and his church are the rule of faith and source of truth for Christians!

Jn 1:16-17 matt 18:17 1 Tim 3:15

the Bible says Joseph is the father of Jesus? Is he? How can we believe he is and the virgin birth also?

Lk 2:48 Jn 1:45

not an answer

Truthful answers for your questions.

Here is another one from the Apostle Paul
And you were dead in your trespasses and sins, 2in which you used to walk when you conformed to the ways of this world and of the ruler of the power of the air, the spirit who is now at work in the sons of disobedience. 3All of us also lived among them at one time, fulfilling the cravings of our flesh and indulging its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature children of wrath. 4But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in our trespasses. It is by grace you have been saved! 6And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, 7in order that in the coming ages He might display the surpassing riches of His grace, demonstrated by His kindness to us in Christ Jesus. 8For it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and this not from yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9not by works, so that no one can boast. 10For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance as our way of life.a

Does anyone know why believers in Jesus are so intent on falsely making Mary a 'perpetual' virgin on earth after she gave birth to Jesus? I know it is a false teaching and woefully vain worshipping,

I'll take a shot! Mary carried the body of Jesus into this world and men have over emphasized her choosing to do what God chose her to do. She carried Jesus, baby Jesus. That has something to it, but should not be worshipped only recognized that our savior was born of a virgin (body only - God is his father). Simplest answer I see is; men in themselves putting their twist to what God was doing through a little 14 year old girl. All good religions have their twist.
