Yet you question parts of the Bible? You aren't making any sense.I know they were quoted accurately because I know the Bible doesn't lie.
I know the writings of Peter and Paul are genuine - that doesn't mean they wrote down exactly what God told them to write down 100% of the time.Yet you question parts of the Bible? You aren't making any sense.
So why do you not add that same scrutiny to Matthew, Mark, Luke or John? You are being inconsistent. So they are 100% correct but Peter and Paul not so sure? Why?I know the writings of Peter and Paul are genuine - that doesn't mean they wrote down exactly what God told them to write down 100% of the time.
There is a lot to learn from Peter and Paul - they were great men. That doesn't make them perfect. Your pastor might be a great man, but that doesn't make him perfect.
There are certain things I have faith in. I have faith that God is perfect. I have faith the Bible doesn't lie.So why do you not add that same scrutiny to Matthew, Mark, Luke or John? You are being inconsistent. So they are 100% correct but Peter and Paul not so sure? Why?
Again, yet you question parts of the Bible. You are inconsistent. How do you decide what is Bible and what isn't Bible? There are certain things I have faith in. I have faith that God is perfect. I have faith the Bible doesn't lie.
You aren't listening.Again, yet you question parts of the Bible. You are inconsistent. How do you decide what is Bible and what isn't Bible?
Exactly, and yes I am listening. I think it is actually you who doesn't listen to what you say. So the letters of Paul, Bible, yes or no?You aren't listening.
I believe those are the genuine letters of Paul - the Bible doesn't lie. However, though I've learned a lot from Paul, I don't agree with 100% of what he says.
I don't understand your question, "So the letters of Paul, Bible, yes or no?"Exactly, and yes I am listening. I think it is actually you who doesn't listen to what you say. So the letters of Paul, Bible, yes or no?
I don't think ANYONE is arguing that. Especially since they didn't have church buildings when Paul was writing.o you really believe God told Paul to tell the churches that women aren't allowed to talk while they perform these ministries? And so it is I don't agree with Paul when he says women can't speak when they are in a church, though I've learned a great deal from him.
You think it is ok for a woman to preach in a church? Paul's writings are either scripture or they are not. Which is it?I don't think the Bible is lying by sharing these letters, even though I don't agree with Paul about women speaking in church.

This is completely irrelevant to the conversation.Do you think that it is ok for a black person to be free? Do believe in slavery?
Be not conformed to this world.Unless we live in the Apostolic Age and we need to conform
Except it was not cultural. He appealed to Eve being the one that was deceived. It's about women in general, not just 1st Century women. In the context of what Paul was writing had a historical reasoning -> As the women would be come loud and wouldn't stay quiet during times of when preaching was occurring.
What the Bible says. What do you believe should be done?
You do have too admit, this totally shows your partial. This is completely irrelevant to the conversation.
I don't have to admit that at all because it is not true. You do have too admit, this totally shows your partial.
unless you are condoning slavery today.
This is completely irrelevant to the conversation.
That's not what sola scriptura means.Because you are Bible only, you are likely not to know what is going on during that time period.
