Good evening everyone. Just got up to speed on my paint program. I'll be switching to that from my physics theory since I finished it now.

I drank one energy drink and Ive been up all night. Those things are really powerful! This is why I avoid caffeine!

Nope. I have cold water to drink. It's mid 80's so not too bad. Although yesterday I had my heart rate climb to 100 and I got fatigued so I'm a little unsure how I will do for the week. It's supposed to be in the 80's all week

Bad news, I found one of Henry's mates dead in the toilet bowl in the middle of the night, he either drowned or hypothermia got him, it's a mystery how he got in there, he must have been climbing somewhere and lost his footing (sniffle)

Hi Everyone
Our heat wave is on a slight decline, but they have said it will return.
It’s mid morning here, going to settle down and watch the euro football final later with my son ( it’s women’s football ) Germany has won it nine times, we have never won it……..so it’s about time we did !! Lol
Haven’t had a coffee yet, but plenty of tea xx
