PS, On second thought...this is not good that we should be at each other over what are perhaps semantic differences. In explanation, whether for you or anyone reading on, let me say-- You are not wrong. But in order to fully explain, one must understand that we have both been speaking the truth from different sides of what should rightly be called a parable. That is, you have been speaking from the side of the object of the parable, speaking what is indeed true in that limited context, while I have been speaking from the side and context of the subject of the parable. Indeed, it is not good that I should correct or offend you regarding what the world has yet to see of the truth, and yet this very thing has been foretold to come, and has come--that we should be lead unto all truth before the sounding of the seventh angel. I was reminded of the following verses - Luke 1:32-33 (WEB):

Israel hasn't had a king for thousands of years, and it seem unlikely that they will have one before Jesus becomes their king. They've not had a king since Jesus came to them.

Why was it not possible for Death to keep JESUS in the grave???

Because HE committed "no sin" therfore death could not hold/keep/posses Him.

No one is born-again apart from JESUS and no one Rises from the Grave apart from JESUS.

now i have a question for us all . CAN GOD SIN . THEN what on earth makes us think HIS WORD CAN .

HE had to become FLESH . because we are IN FLESH . HE HAD TO OVERCOME for OUR SAKES .

This is so TRUE! Only the human body of Christ ceased to have life, but the spirit (breath of life) that all humans have ascended to the Father in heaven. Then three days later Christ's spirit returned to His body of flesh and His body was then raised immortal. This is important to understand because whosoever is in Christ, when they physically die, like Christ, they are still ALIVE through the Spirit of Christ in them.

Luke 23:46 (KJV) And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.
