you know Jay Ross Isaiah 55: 7&8 says

Yes, it states this: -

Isaiah 55:6-11: -
6 Seek the Lord while He may be found,
Call upon Him while He is near.
7 Let the wicked forsake his way,
And the unrighteous man his thoughts;
Let him return to the Lord,
And He will have mercy on him;
And to our God,
For He will abundantly pardon.
8 "For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways My ways," says the Lord.
9 "For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are My ways higher than your ways,
And My thoughts than your thoughts.
10 "For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven,
And do not return there,
But water the earth,
And make it bring forth and bud,
That it may give seed to the sower
And bread to the eater,
11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;
It shall not return to Me void,
But it shall accomplish what I please,
And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

The question that I have for you is did you accept the prayer that I had inserted in my post: -

My Prayer is that God will draw you into His truth and that you will be prepared to humble yourself and repent of the wrong(s) that you are doing.

I then went on and said: -

If what you are doing is of the Lord, then it will not fail, but what we are reading is that you are continually having problems and that you want people on this forum to pray to God to tell Him to fix it.

What I am discerning from your "rebuttal" is that I apparently, in your eyes, am a problem because I am allowing the Holy Spirit to speak through me, words that the Lord wants you to hear.

I also said this: -

People on this forum can ask God to Bless You, but if God remains silent in blessing you, then He has heard those prayers and responded. The literal always comes before the spiritual. The apostle Paul worked to support the ministry God called him too. Perhaps you should consider Paul's example in financing your ministry calling.

Your rebuttal is one of attacking the person. It is your usual modus of operation, when what you want is not delivered in a manner that you approve of.

Again your cheap mentality, you donot know what prayer and intercession is?, make use of it let others pray, the power of darkness will break.
Apostle Paul did God's work why donot you do God's work, Paul s way. You should read the books of Paul and see your life and thoughts will change , you will never come out with such thought and posts.
May be the letters of Paul will not inspire you but Paul's work is inspiring you.
For your kind information Jay Ross I have a missionary training and I am here as a missionary.
You know you will never go extra mile to do God's work but you will go extra mile to misbehave some one like your posts again and again

You are right Mel, I have followed the apostle Pauls example when I have visited Nepal, I did not ask for money from the church where I worshipped to support me, nor was I a burden on the people that I lived with, but my wife and I paid generously for our upkeep. We were also generous when we were presented with needs, like providing aid to residents of a slum when there was a fire in that slum. We were just one of the people who paid for things like, cooking pots and pans and stoves, or Mattress and blankets. The number of "houses/rooms" that were destroyed was well over 60. When we did this, we listened to God first to seek His direction on what we should do to help out. We helped all of the families that had been affected, both Christian and Hindu alike. We visited remote villages to encourage them in their faith, and to assist the pastor in baptising many Nepali new Christians.

I also have experienced how other Christians can use prayer against their Christian Brothers, but I have always examined myself first to see whether or not I have turned away from God's counsel. When the counsel I receive was justified, I thanked God and turned back once again.

Much has happened since our last trip, but while we have had to wait for the Covid pandemic to subside, we have also helped to sow seeds into the lives of ten family through the establishment of ten small goat herds around Gorkha. Not only did we fund the purchases of the does and bucks, but we also provided input into how they can improve the blood line of the purchased goats through the regular trading of their bucks with other farming communities.

I have Nepali friends who are praying for my wife and I to return to Nepal, but at the moment there are medical conditions that need to be taken care of before we can return. If we feel capable when the medical conditions have been dealt with then we will return if the Lord prompts us to go.

Mel, be very careful when you bad mouth other Christians.

Shalom

Jay Ross you are misbehaving and trying to present Godly. God has used you that's nice but no reason for you to appear in this prayer request with your misbehaving and rudeness attitude.
Whatever you say or post I disagree completely i have reasons for it.

You say I bad mouth other Christians it's wrong, I am against your posting. Have some respect and decency for me Jay Ross.
From mouth blessings and cursing cannot come out you use "Shalom" but your heart is evil for me, I should say.
you forgot that this is a prayer section. I know you are ever ready to argue with me . Also it's hard for you see me here so you are try to talk gently sometimes and sometimes charge me.

You cannot control yourself so you come out to post something which I will not agree.
If you post such post and you think I will agree I will not agree infact I will leave this place, but there are intercessors who do pray

Then why did you comment on my post then. If you had not commented, then this conversation would not have started.

Do you not trust God to deal with me if it is needed?

You say " i also have experienced how other Christians can use prayer against their Christian Brothers"
But you have problems with my prayer request, this double standard is not good.
This is a prayer section, you should ask others sorry! instead of continuing with fruitless talking.
I know you are here to mock me

@Jay Ross is only admonishing you, Mel. As I also have tried to do, with apparently little success.

Admonish:
  1. To urge or exhort (someone to do something).
  2. To remind (someone) of something forgotten or disregarded, as an obligation or a responsibility.

Paul the Apostle to the Gentiles refused to be a burden on the children of God but worked making tents to sell for the financial furtherance of the spread of the gospel.
His faith was tempered & refined by suffering, imprisonment, beatings, stonings, ect. He was a true worker in the kingdom of God,
when he could have easily set back and lived on faith only.

PAUL, A FAITHFUL BELIEVER, AN EXAMPLE TO ASPIRE TO BE LIKE !

We don't see the entire picture or path ahead of us at the start of an idea for
mission work. But, after we have the faith
to take that first step forward, God can use that small act to make it result into
blessing many others!
My Dreams has taken small steps in the
right direction! God has multiplied those actions by almost immediately began awesome new adventures of mission
work!
such as:
He asked for prayer for one KJV Bible
for himself, but was sent several of them
from one person. He decided to give the others away, and soon brought more for
pastors, new believers, and students as he began Bibles4India!
Over 400 + have been given for free in
his area! Way to go, My Dreams! Astounding job!

My Dreams, what others can see from your posts, they know that your posts do not have the "air of honesty" about them.

My Prayer is that God will draw you into His truth and that you will be prepared to humble yourself and repent of the wrong(s) that you are doing. If what you are doing is of the Lord, then it will not fail, but what we are reading is that you are continually having problems and that you want people on this forum to pray to God to tell Him to fix it.

Praying to God for your needs is your responsibility and should occur in your room with the doors and windows shut so that no one can see or hear you praying.

People on this forum can ask God to Bless You, but if God remains silent in blessing you, then He has heard those prayers and responded. The literal always comes before the spiritual. The apostle Paul worked to support the ministry God called him too. Perhaps you should consider Paul's example in financing your ministry calling.

Shalom

Yes! Did he ask me to? No.
He was writing beautiful words
in replies to the prayer requests from
others! This is what made me take
an interest. Found out he is a known
pastor's son that has a great concern
for improving the lives of the people
in his area!

Thank for your honesty. As you knew, I already had the answer as The Lord is with me. And yes the poor have need of assistance when others abandon them. How much more are they, than the birds of the air whom our Father feeds. Have a Blessed day!
