Unpersuasive and disinterested.
That's better, thanks.
Especially disinterested.

The truth, as you know, is that Jesus values the interests of all humankind.

A day is coming when...

Everyone who has knees to bow and a tongue to speak, in heaven and on earth and under the earth (in the realm of the dead), will whole-heartedly, and without reservation, acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord. No one can say that “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit. If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” you will be saved. Christ died and returned to life so that he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living. (the reason for the bodily resurrection) Scriptural support below.

Philippians 2:10-11
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.

1 Corinthians 12:3
Therefore I want you to know that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says,
“Jesus be cursed,” and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.

Romans 10:9
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart
that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Romans 14:9
For this very reason, Christ died and returned to life so that
he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living.

Note on "acknowledge" in Philippians 2:11 from Strong's Concordance
S1843 eksomologéō (from 1537 /ek, "wholly out from," intensifying 3670 /homologéō, "say the same thing about") – properly, fully agree and to acknowledge that agreement openly (whole-heartedly); hence, to confess ("openly declare"), without reservation (no holding back).

Incompetent is also fitting. They DO believe that Jesus is INCAPABLE of persuading all beings to follow him.

Incompetent:
not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully.
I contend that anyone who claims to hate Jesus hasn't met him yet.
In person, he is irresistible.

This view stands in stark contrast to the "angry Jesus" opinion held by much of the church.
I saw a bumper sticker once that read:

JESUS IS COMING!
And boy is he pissed

I actually laughed. Because the author of the sticker was making fun of the typical view.

Hmmmm. We see how the religious leaders responded to Jesus. We see how Lucifer responded to Jesus.
I guess that's the unanswerable mystery.....how one can hate 'irresistible' love.

I should have specified, in the afterlife.

These have both seen Jesus and hated both him and his Father

John 15:24 If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.

And without a cause did they hate him

John 15:25 But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.

Jesus says much concerning them as well.

John 15:18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.

John 15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

1John 3:13 Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.
