I have the ‘in between’ form of diabetes - in between I and II. I am thin, have heart issues, but i am not on insulin, just oral meds. I eat well. What do you do for a living?
i'm in maintenance at a small retirement park in S FL at the moment. I'm just obscenely healthy i guess, so at one time i got the impression i knew what i was about nutritionally speaking which i really didn't, but now i more or less do. And somehow i got a rep for helping those with chronic ailments get better, even though i almost always very openly do what i just did with you, seek out some counter-expert. The thousand bucks thing is really just an attempt to stop the flow of ppl, bc no one pays any attention to advice anyway much, i even guarantee a full refund in 6 months to anyone who heeded my advice and still is not satisfied; used to be a year. Haven't had to give any refunds yet. The point being i've been tweaking this for years, it isn't something i even started doing voluntarily, believe it or not it came out of trying to head off misunderstandings with ppl, bc i am like a Kramer kind of, i guess. so anyway, the thousand bucks thing isn't working, refunding it at will isn't even working, even with a carefully prepped upbeat speech about 'you gave it the ol college try, it's not for everyone' thing. I'm a lot less social or available or whatever now, so it isn't much of an issue anymore though. Giving joke advice as a joke is kind of working now too, which i tried before but some ppl actually took me seriously lol

I eat well.
what are your 3 main sources of O3 again?
were you taking antibiotics about this time last year? or within the last year?
where are your trace metals at, chromium particularly?
has a single health pro checked or asked about your chromium levels yet/lately?
But K and magnesium too, zinc too, address these deficiencies and your neuropathy will disappear
notice i'm not even saying check for deficiencies here
go get a serum blood test for metals and if any of them are right i'll pay for the test!
i would do both trace and toxic, and look at your lead and mercury levels too
how long since you ate a clove of (pref local) garlic?

"i eat well" that means you never eat from a grocery store? is that correct?
so you can see why i have no friends :D

i currently cannot walk on my right foot because a sudden onset of neuropathy set in.
Any suggestions?
As a certified reflexologist, I've seen some amazing results on diabetic neuropathy. The problem is it takes one session a week for 2-3 months, as neuropathy is very stubborn. The other problem is it's expensive. The average fee is $50-70 per hour. You could negotiate a volume discount by paying sessions in advance. We don't like to call sessions "treatments" because nothing is being treated, the body is triggered to heal itself.
You can do your own aromatherapy. If you dilute it in any kind of oil, a bottle of essential oil can last a year. 3% on the outer ridge of the foot, 2% for general use, and 1% for kids. Lavender is the only oil you can safely use undiluted.

ha, way ahead of most ppl then. But def pay more attn to mercury in that case imo
but your chromium # is like 0 i bet. Reflexology will just hide all of this, you cannot make up for a chromium deficiency with reflexology, even if it is great for some things, pronation etc

So @bbyrd009 is chromium deficiency a simple test..?
What symptoms show up as a deficiency ?

Trouble with me..when I read something like that...I immediately think..I must rush out and buy chromium tabs. But I am actually not sure why I would need it. There was a fad in the 80 when we all took it..and pycnogenol and aloe vera and other stuff...I wish I had back all the thousands of $ I spent per mont back then!!!o_O

But then again...
...maybe if I didn't taken so much then, I'd have been dead by now. :D

I cannot take chomium supplements without having negative symptoms - like I am allergic or something.

I am going to need more prayer - the infection in my foot is getting worse even though I am taking antibiotics. I am going to the doctor today.

I want to know what it 'does' for us? How do we know if we need it?

...more or less, yes
What symptoms show up as a deficiency ?
  • poor blood glucose control.
  • worsened levels of weak bones and bone loss.
  • low energy, fatigue.
  • poor skin health.
  • higher risk for high cholesterol and heart complications.
  • low concentration and poor memory.
  • worsened eye health.
also sun sensitivity and neuropathy, at least.

lol. they make a really expensive urine, and that's about it. Isolating nutrients from their matrix is pointless, that's why the Government lets them do it. If there were any benefit it would of course be illegal

ha, what do you mean?

You said to Aspen:-

ah, supplements are not the way to go anyway, esp with metals..

And I asked ...AND? What is the answer then ???
It seemed like you stopped mid sentence...just when you were going to tell us how to take it.
